Chapter 955 Continuous Red Carpet Turmoil
Everyone's time was precious. Wendy had interviews lined up, and Natalie had a video shoot to get to.
So, Wendy was totally pulling rank to push others around.
Natalie did leave, but Wendy didn't feel any victory in it.
Mira shot the photographer a look, "Hurry up and set the scene, Mr. Adams. Today's ocean-themed mermaid shoot for Wendy is all on you."
Wendy's face was stiff, frustration bubbling inside her. Natalie just rubbed her the wrong way.
Dash started snapping photos, but Wendy wasn't in the zone, making the shots lack their usual spark.
Dash gave a few pointers, but Wendy's expression stayed sour.
Dash could only sigh and keep shooting.
Meanwhile, Natalie's team was scouting the next location. The beach shoot only yielded a few good shots, which wasn't enough.
Natalie scanned the area and spotted a white yacht in the artificial sea. "Can we rent that?"
Heather checked it out, and the photographer chimed in, "Perfect idea."
Heather nodded, "I'll get on it. Give me 20 minutes."
Around 3 PM, Natalie wrapped up the first set of shots. On the white yacht, with the sails fluttering, she leaned against the railing, squinting slightly as the sunlight hit her. She raised her hand to block the light.
Sails, sea breeze, white ship, Natalie in a blue chiffon dress—it was all perfect.
The photographer beamed, "It's simply perfect!"
He was thrilled with the shots.
Natalie smiled and gave a slight bow, "Thanks, Winifred."
Winifred replied, "No problem. Go take a break and change. We've got another location ready."
Natalie's second outfit was a designer piece from a big brand.
It was a mint-colored dress with embroidered details, featuring a tassel belt that was also hand-embroidered. The hem was adorned with scattered embroidered baby's breath flowers, looking elegant and exquisite, totally highlighting her vibe.
This shoot was in a classical setting. Natalie held a round fan, her eyelashes lowered, with a classical backdrop.
After wrapping up the shoot, Natalie moved on to the next task, shooting a short video for the magazine, with many celebrities around. The video was a series, with each artist at the banquet having different lines and actions.
Charlotte showed up, walking over to Natalie. "Congrats on your movie grossing over $3 billion at the box office. Let's hang out sometime."
Charlotte's friendship with Natalie started as a publicity stunt, but now Charlotte was looking to leverage their connection. She had also noticed the current situation at Dynamic Entertainment. Teaming up with Natalie seemed smarter than sticking with Wendy.
Natalie nodded, "Sure."
She wouldn't turn down a friendly gesture.
Plus, even though her friendship with Charlotte was fake, Charlotte had been pretty supportive. When her new movie came out, Charlotte had also shared promotions.
Charlotte pulled out her phone, and they took a selfie, which Charlotte then posted on Facebook.
It quickly blew up, and the comments were all praises.
