Chapter 545 A Big Commotion

Alice smirked; indeed, this was a solid plan.

She had to figure out a way to get Rosalie out of the picture.

She got up, pulled out her phone, and dialed Rosalie's number right away.

Rosalie picked up almost instantly. Alice jumped in, "Hey, Rosalie, it's Alice. I saw the stuff on Facebook. What's going on with Natalie? I'm freaking out. Why are people trashing her? Is that really her in those pics? I can't believe it!"

She sounded all worried, putting on a good act.

On the other end, Rosalie was just as freaked out about Natalie, but she couldn't get in touch with her. She'd raised Natalie for over 20 years, feeling a mix of guilt and love. The nasty comments online were tearing her apart.

Rosalie replied, "I have no idea where Natalie is. She didn't give me her new address. Alice, can you reach her?"

Alice grinned. "Isn't she at Dynamic Entertainment? You should go there to find her." Worried Rosalie might chicken out, she quickly added, "I don't believe Natalie did those things either, but you were sick, and she was in want of money. It's understandable."

Rosalie shivered. Natalie did that to pay the bill for her.

Natalie had given up so much for her, and now her life was in ruins because of it. Thinking about her illness, Rosalie felt like she had dragged Natalie down. It was all her fault. If she hadn't messed up years ago, she wouldn't have swapped Avery's daughter with her own. Natalie was the Cullen family's kid. Natalie should be living the good life with the Cullens, not Alice.

Thinking of this, Rosalie seemed to gather her courage. "Alice, there's something I need to tell you."

Alice didn't want to keep chatting with Rosalie. She just wanted Rosalie to go to Dynamic Entertainment tomorrow and cause a scene so she could call the media and blow things up even more.

She was losing patience but kept it cool. "Go ahead."

Rosalie said, "Alice, actually, Avery isn't your..."

Before Rosalie could finish, Alice yelled, "Mom, why are you here? Weren't you at the hot springs? Why didn't you knock?" Then, Alice hung up.

Rosalie stared at the disconnected call and sighed.

The truth stayed hidden.

She'd find another chance to spill the beans.

Dynamic Entertainment, was Natalie really there? If she went, would Natalie see her? She owed Natalie big time.

Rosalie wanted to make things right.

Blue Bar was hopping that night. Even though it was tucked away in an alley, it was packed.

The dance floor lights were blinding, and the beats were pounding. Inside, Heather's eyes was sweeping over for the man she met that afternoon.

Not spotting him, she grabbed a waiter, asking, "Hey, I'm looking for the bartender from this afternoon, the blonde one."

The waiter said, "You mean Yancy? He was here but stepped out to take a call. You can wait a bit."

Heather found a booth to chill in. She ordered a drink, took a sip, and checked the time. She knew she needed to hurry, but with Yancy not around, she was stuck.

A male's voice asked, "You're here, huh? Looking for Yancy?"
