Rebecca had her own brand, and every socialite who showed up got a set of unreleased accessories or clothes she personally styled. She used this socialite gala to push her new products.
The night before the gala, the media swarmed Rebecca for interviews.
Rebecca answered with a smile.
When someone asked about the invite requirements, Rebecca grinned and said, "No requirements. They're all just my good friends."
Everyone knew Rebecca's gala was a status symbol. Some rich folks couldn't even get an invite. Word was, Rebecca sent out 88 invitations this time, and many famous socialites from all over the country would be there. Even international supermodel Kamille Cross, who owned Flint Isles, was coming.
A reporter asked, "Is Rowan invited this time?"
Rowan Blair and Rebecca had known each other for years but had drifted apart. Rowan had only attended the gala once. The second time, Rebecca invited her, but Rowan refused, which was a huge slap in Rebecca's face, causing a rift between them.
Rebecca answered calmly, "No, she isn't invited."
Another reporter asked about a few other names, and Rebecca kept smiling and answering.

For this event, Rebecca invited 30 top international socialites.
There were also some big names from the entertainment industry, like Wendy.
"What about Alice? Is she invited?"
As soon as this question was asked, another reporter chimed in, "Isn't Alice hospitalized? She probably can't attend."
"Yeah, I heard Alice hasn't been well lately."
Rebecca didn't hold back. "No, she isn't qualified to be invited."
Some reporters were a bit surprised, shocked that Rebecca showed no regard for Alice, considering Alice was Adrian's fiancée.
The atmosphere got a bit awkward.
Rebecca stood up. There were still 10 minutes left in the interview, but she wanted to end it since none of the questions were interesting.
The video was quickly released.
Alice, lying in her hospital bed, saw the video and got so angry that her wound almost reopened.
For the past few days, only Avery and Renee had been by her side. Her well-planned attendance at the gala was ruined, and she was affronted by Rebecca.
How could she tolerate this?
But Alice had no way to retaliate now. Her mind was in chaos.
Renee had gone out, so Alice picked up her phone and secretly called Carlos.
