Chapter 606 Rosalie in Critical Condition
Aiden said, "Are you a local?"
Ava walked out of the bedroom, closed the door behind her, and came to the couch. She held onto the armrest, turned around, and looked at Aiden. "Yes, and I'm Frank's cousin."
Aiden asked in surprise, "So you're his cousin. This is the first time I've met you. I have a gift for you. I wonder if you'll like it?" As he spoke, Aiden took off his expensive watch and handed it to Ava.
Ava's eyes widened as she held out her both hands to take it.
Seeing Ava's greedy look, Aiden smiled and pulled his hand back, leaving Ava empty-handed.
Aiden pretended to be regretful and said, "This is a watch for man. If I have time tomorrow, I'll take you to buy one for women."
Ava said, "How can I accept that?"
Aiden uttered, "There's nothing to be embarrassed about. I haven't been back to Vachilit for many years. Everything here has changed, and I'm not familiar with it anymore. Tomorrow, accompany me for a walk and show me around."
Ava immediately nodded eagerly. "Sure."
As Ava spoke, she casually pulled down her collar a bit.
Aiden walked over, and Ava's gaze fell on Aiden's watch, flooded with excitment. Aiden looked wealthy and generous. Although he was slightly chubby, he was decent-looking and had a humorous and charming demeanor. Ava was already quite smitten.
Being with Aiden was much better than being with Frank.
Ava considered herself not bad-looking. Although not very beautiful, she had big eyes and a good figure. She believed she could seduce Aiden.
Aiden knew what Ava was thinking. Frank's woman would come in handy one day. Moreover, Ava was quite alluring to him.
But now was not the time for sex. Aiden added Ava on Facebook.
Aiden said, "I don't know your name yet."
Ava replied, "Oh, I'm Ava."
Aiden said, "I'm Aiden."
Ava blushed. "Aiden, see you tomorrow then."
Aiden glanced towards the bedroom. "Can you get out?"
Ava said, "Of course, don't worry. Aiden. Frank won't know. I won't ruin your friendship."
Heather called out, "Natalie, something's wrong. Mrs. Teeger is in the hospital."
Natalie had just finished dinner. Hearing Heather's voice on the other end of the phone, she looked up. "Don't bother me with this in the future."
What happened to Rosalie had nothing to do with her.
Ever since Rosalie knelt to plead for Alice, Natalie had cut all ties with Rosalie.
Heather knew what had happened between Rosalie and Natalie, but at this moment, she said, "The doctor issued a critical condition notice. They said Rosalie might not make it."
Natalie's eyes lifted slightly, and she gripped the phone tightly.
Rosalie had been in good health before.
How could she be in critical condition?
Natalie asked, "What happened? Wasn't her illness under control?"
Heather had received a call from the nanny, dropped everything, and rushed to the hospital. At this moment, there was a traffic jam ahead. Heather was anxious and told the driver to take a detour to get to the hospital as quickly as possible.
Meanwhile, Heather said to Natalie, "The nanny didn't explain clearly. She just said that Mrs. Teeger had a phone call with Alice in the afternoon. Actually, after dinner, she went out for a walk to clear her mind. The nanny didn't think much of it, but after an hour, Mrs. Teeger hadn't returned and didn't take her phone. The nanny went out to look for her. Nearby security personnel called the nanny, saying Mrs. Teeger had fainted and was taken to the hospital. Now the nanny is at the hospital, and the doctor has issued a critical condition notice."
