Bella nodded. "Oh yeah, I remember now. This guy Carlos came to my family's jewelry store and bought a set of jewelry, which was highly expensive. Soo the store manager made a note of it. Bella said a number.
Heather was shocked. "That expensive?"

"A butler's son can afford that?"
Natalie gently stirred her coffee with a golden spoon. She suddenly got why Adrian was worried. John must've secretly built up his own power, and it had to be significant. So Adrian had to take it into account. Plus, Alice and Carlos had been fooling around together, definitely more than once.
