"They're not gonna let this slide," Sunny said. "If this happened to me, I'd be out for blood! But this probably isn't some paparazzo. If it was, they'd have given Natalie a heads-up and tried to squeeze some cash out of her. Once they get paid, it's all good. From what I've seen in the industry, I think whoever leaked the video has a personal beef with Natalie."
"It could still be a paparazzo," Juniper said, clenching her teeth.
"Doesn't seem like it. Are you nuts? If it was, they wouldn't drop it without a warning. Even though that anonymous account is gone, it's pretty clear this person hates Natalie's guts. This scandal looks like it's targeting the whole movie, but it doesn't really hurt the film or Samuel much. Samuel's fans might think Natalie seduced him since she was the one who knocked on his door. If Natalie doesn't clear this up, she'll get a rep for cheating right after getting hitched." Sunny glanced at Juniper. "You dragged me out here in the middle of the night just to gossip? I'm not into this drama. You should get some sleep; you've got a shoot tomorrow."
Juniper grabbed Sunny's hand. "Sunny, I was the one who leaked that hotel video."
Sunny was stunned, speechless for a moment. She stared at Juniper. "What did you just say?"
Juniper nodded. "Yeah, Sunny, I really recorded it. That day, after a scene from 'Rising Winds' wrapped up, I was on the stairs and filmed it."
Sunny's face darkened. "Who else knows about this?"
"Just you. Sunny, please help me figure a way out. I wanted to stir up some drama. Seeing so many people bash Natalie, I released the video. But I didn't expect it to blow up this much, even trending on Facebook. Now it's out of control. I deactivated the account and deleted the video right away. I'm scared Natalie or Samuel will come after me. If they find out it was me, my acting career is toast."
"How could you do something so stupid? I can't help you. Even though you changed the IP address, they'll find out soon enough. Once they do, Star Entertainment will drop you like a hot potato. If everyone knows you did it out of jealousy to frame Samuel and Natalie, you'll be blacklisted. You won't even get roles in low-budget web series," Sunny said.
Juniper's face went pale. "Am I really done for? Sunny, you've been my agent for three years. Please help me!"
"I can't help you. Maybe you should go and apologize to them. Natalie doesn't seem unreasonable. If we show some humility, she might let you off the hook."
Juniper shook her head. "How can I apologize to Natalie? I was the one who leaked the video. You're giving her too much credit."
"Juniper, you're on your own now. I have to inform the company. If the higher-ups at Star Entertainment are willing to protect you, maybe you'll have a shot," Sunny said helplessly.
