Chapter 810 The Master of the Estate
Today was just the second day after Christmas.
Natalie thought she might've picked up the wrong call and quickly dialed Adrian.
"Hey, someone called me and told me to go to Blue Moon Lake. They said you have a gift for me that needs my signature?" Natalie asked, a bit skeptical.
What if it was a scam?
On the other end, there was a lot of background noise.
Natalie knew the Howard family had tons of visitors around this time. And as the heir to the Howard Group, Adrian definitely had to be around.
"Yeah, it's a gift from me," Adrian replied.
So, it really was a gift from Adrian.
Natalie quickly changed her clothes and called Derek to drive her to Blue Moon Lake.
Blue Moon Lake was the biggest, greenest, and most luxurious estate in Vachilit. It was also one of the top ten estates. Even money couldn't buy it.
The owner of this estate was from Verono.
Derek drove Natalie to Blue Moon Lake.
Natalie got out of the car and called the number from earlier.
"Natalie, you're here. I've already asked the maid to wait for you."
A tanned woman stood at the door waiting for Natalie. After seeing her, she led Natalie inside.
Along the way, they saw many maids shoveling snow, and a few cleaning the huge flower beds. This place truly lived up to its reputation as the greenest estate. Natalie was blown away by the scenery.
In front of her were connected white Gothic villas, with two more in front, likely where the maids and bodyguards lived. The row of white villas was large and imposing.
Natalie walked over and, as she stepped into the first-floor lobby, she immediately noticed a painting hanging directly in front of her.
If Natalie wasn't mistaken, this painting was called Autumn Leaves, with a scene of brilliant gold and hope.
This painting was 10 feet high and 6.5 feet wide, hanging on the wall, making people look up.
The entire decor and taste were top-notch.
Natalie sat down on the sofa, and the maid brought snacks and coffee.
Natalie picked up the coffee; the cup was impeccable.
Inside this estate, even the smallest items were extremely exquisite.
No wonder it was one of the top ten luxury estates.
After waiting for about two minutes, a man in his 30s, dressed in a suit, walked over. "Sorry, this estate will host a debutante ball next week, so I came to discuss with you today. Our master hopes you can agree to host the debutante ball here. Once you sign, after the ball, this villa will be completely yours, and, of course, you will be the owner of this villa. Our master just hopes you can do him this favor."
Natalie was astounded at the news. She thought, 'What debutante ball? What does he mean this estate will be mine?'
Natalie stood up and asked, "What are you talking about?"
She was completely confused.
The man said, "Didn't Mr. Howard tell you? This estate is his gift to you."
Natalie was completely stunned and could hardly believe it.
At this moment, a man in his 50s, with blondish hair and deep blue eyes, walked over and said, "Hello, Natalie."
It seemed he was the owner of this estate.
Natalie said, "Hello, Lauchelle."
