Chapter 137 Not Like a Normal Relationship
"Me?" Natalie didn't want to go, and Melody said, "Natalie, Imperial Nightclub can't afford to offend this man."
Natalie understood. She didn't want to cause trouble for Melody either.
Melody asked again, "What's your relationship with Mr. Howard?"
Natalie didn't hide it. "He is the fiancé of my young lady."
"The fiancé of your young lady?"
"My mother is a maid in the Cullen family, and I often help my mother with her work. Mr. Howard is the fiancé of my young lady, that's all."
Melody nodded. Watching Natalie leave, she smiled. She felt that Mr. Howard's attitude towards Natalie was not ordinary.
Certainly not a normal relationship.
When Natalie arrived at room 309, there was no one inside, the cleaner was cleaning. When seeing Natalie, he hurriedly said, "Natalie, the gentleman said for you to go to the parking lot."
Adrian's car was easy to recognize, with a special Howard family emblem on the license plate. Natalie also knew the car Adrian usually drove, so as soon as she stepped out of the elevator, she saw Adrian's car at first glance. She walked over and knocked on the car door. "Mr. Howard."
There was no sound inside. Natalie opened the car door and saw Adrian lying in the back seat, eyes closed as if resting.
Natalie sat in the driver's seat. This was the third time she had driven Adrian's car. He seemed to be fond of this car, unlike other wealthy young men who often changed various sports cars. She had been to his garage, where there were all kinds of luxury cars, but she drove this car the most.
"Mr. Howard, are you planning to return to the Howard family or Bayview Villa?"
There was still no sound behind her. Natalie muttered to herself, "Then let's go back to the Howard family."
Here, the distance to the Howard family was the closest.
Just as her car started, a man's magnetic and deep voice came from behind. "Go to Bayview Villa."
As the black luxury car drove out of the garage, it started to drizzle in the night sky.
The rain grew heavier, and Natalie slowed down her driving speed. She looked at the road ahead. There were not many cars on the road, especially at 11 o'clock, there were fewer cars and pedestrians.
After driving for over an hour, Natalie's car slowly entered Bayview Villa.
As soon as the security guard saw her, he let her pass, seemingly categorizing her as Adrian's assistant or secretary.
She had the kind of access to come and go freely.
Bayview Villa was truly one of Vachilit's top ten mansions.
Every time Natalie came here, she was amazed by the masterful architecture.
"Mr. Howard, we've arrived at Bayview Villa."
Adrian opened his eyes. "Help me up."
"I'll call the security guard for you."
The man smirked, his voice tinged with mockery. "Scared of me? When you seduced Declan, you didn't look like this."
Natalie's face turned pale.
One side of Natalie's cheek was still swollen. The man reached out, and the seat Natalie was sitting on suddenly tilted backward, causing her to fall back weightlessly.
The next moment, the man grabbed her chin. In the confined space of the car, he pressed her down, his fingers tightly gripping her chin as he lifted it up. "Is this how cheap you are? Can anyone get you? Can't Jagger satisfy you? Even trying to seduce Declan."
Adrian didn't know what was wrong with him. A surge of anger rose in his chest, pressing against him. He stared at the woman's swollen cheek, suddenly noticing the pair of Hexagram Earrings she wore on.
But it wasn't the same pair as before.
