Chapter 649 If You Don't Want to Act, Then Get Out

"No need." Natalie chomped on a piece of fruit, let out a sigh, and said, "An actor's work is their bread and butter. Looks? Just surface stuff. We all get old, we all fade. I’ve never been into all that heavy promoting or trying to outshine others. Once this moive is on, the audience will see for themselves."

"What the hell? Didn't I tell you to get rid of those paparazzi? How did this leak? All that work last night, down the drain!" Oscar fumed in the meeting room.

One of the staff piped up, "We were on it. No unauthorized folks got in. I checked everyone. It had to be someone from our team."

Oscar slumped on the couch. "Find out who did it! I said from day one, our film needs to stay under wraps!"

Matthew heard Oscar's shouting and walked into the meeting room. He was also aware of the spoiler issue. "Chill out."

"Last night's shoot was ruined! How can I chill?" Oscar snapped, instructing his assistant, "Go get Juniper's team."

The assistant nodded and scuttered out, but came back two minutes later.

The assistant hesitated. "Oscar, I just checked my phone and saw a trending topic. You may want to see it."

He showed Oscar the trending topic on his phone.

Under the trending topic #Rising Winds Spoilers#, there was another trending topic #Juniper Studio Comments#.

At first glance, Oscar assumed it was nothing of note. But clicking on it, he found influencer was accounts defending Juniper and accusing Natalie’s fans of exposing Juniper's studio.

Matthew scoffed, "Classic case of playing the victim, huh?"

Oscar frowned. After a couple of minutes, he told the assistant, "Forget Juniper's agent. Get Natalie here."

Ten minutes later, Natalie walked into the meeting room. She had a pretty good idea why Oscar wanted to see her.

After all, she had seen the trending topics.

As soon as Natalie sat down, she said, "I’ll have my studio issue a warning about rational fandom. My agent Heather is already on it."

Oscar didn't call Natalie in for that. After all, it wasn't Natalie who caused the issue
