Chapter 1369 Thread & Theory

Kamille, Lauchelle's goddaughter, was ecstatic about the dress, spinning in front of the mirror several times.

Just then, Matilda chimed in, "Actually, there's a black version of this dress, but it's not finished yet. I still need to complete the black rose embroidery on the hem. If Miss Cross likes it, I can speed up the process. The black roses give it a dark, queenly vibe—mysterious and seductive—which might not be the best fit for Miss Cross's birthday party."

"Bring it over, I want to see it."

Matilda fetched the black dress. The design was the same, but the hem had intricate black rose embroidery made from sheer fabric, adding a layer of mystery.

Only half of the black roses were embroidered.

Kamille immediately fell in love with it, "I want this one."

Matilda glanced at Natalie, who smiled and said, "Alright, I'll have it ready by next week."

The group left the store and got into Kamille's car. Kamille looked at Natalie, "Matilda's designs are top-notch. I'm really happy with them. If you have any conditions, just let me know. If I can do it, I will."

"Miss Cross, I don't have any conditions. I'm just glad you found a dress you love."

"Natalie, I know you had a falling out with Rebecca because she chose Wendy and you ended your contract. From now on, I won't wear U&M's brand anymore. All my clothes will be from Thread & Theory. Whenever I attend any event, I'll have my assistant notify you in advance to prepare."

"Thank you, Miss Cross."

Kamille appreciated Natalie's personality, "We're family after all. You're the owner of Blue Moon Lake Estate, my uncle's goddaughter. We're more than just business partners. If you ever need anything, just call me." Kamille wasn't interested in a common brand like U&M. Luxury brands lined up to send her clothes.

Rebecca had become arrogant since last year's profit surge.

Kamille despised people like her.

Let's see how Rebecca falls.

Now with Thread & Theory, Kamille looked at Natalie, "I can invest in Thread & Theory. From now on, we'll collaborate."

Natalie was naturally delighted to have Kamille, a fashion icon, join. This way, Kamille and Thread & Theory would be on the same team.

Half an hour later.

Natalie returned to the Thread & Theory store.

Matilda was already working on the black rose embroidery. Natalie walked over, "Need any help? Is next Saturday too rushed?"

"It's manageable. I'll just work overtime. There's only half left. You can't help me with this. The embroidery technique was taught to me by my mom. I've known it since I was a child. It's too difficult for you to learn now."

Natalie and Heather stayed at Thread & Theory for lunch, planning the brand's future. In its early stages, Natalie needed a team of professionals, but she was also willing to give newcomers a chance. Heather drafted a recruitment ad to be posted on various platforms, inviting recent college graduates.

As long as they had the skills, Natalie was willing to give them an opportunity.

Additionally, they rented an office floor. Thread & Theory was officially starting.

Surpassing U&M was just the first goal.

The week flew by.

At 10 AM on Saturday, Kamille's private jet brought Natalie and a group of socialites to the East District helipad on Redwood Isle.

It was Natalie's first time here.

The vast ocean stretched out before them, the sea breeze carrying a salty tang. Natalie gently adjusted her hair, looking at the deep blue waves rolling behind her.
