Chapter 1424 Probably a Fake
Natalie didn't tell Adrian about her pregnancy.
She had originally come back this time planning to tell Adrian she was pregnant, but unexpectedly, one unpleasant incident after another occurred. Ever since Adrian found out that Avery was her biological mother, he seemed different from before. Natalie didn't know if he would overthink things.

On Saturday, Natalie returned to Vachilit.
Saturday evening was the engagement party for Juno Wallace, daughter of the Vachilit mayor.
Both Natalie and Adrian had to attend.
At 6 PM, the engagement party was held grandly at the Vachilit Hilton Hotel.
The groom was Sean Price from the Price family.
When Natalie and Adrian appeared in the banquet hall, they attracted countless eyes.
Her outfit tonight was a white lace Vistalia-style embroidered gown, but not a classic cut. "Looks like Andrea. I heard the Lawson family is a distant relative of the Howard family. Natalie is wearing Thread & Theory, so what brand is Andrea wearing?"
"Thread & Theory is the kind of brand where haute couture pieces are limited edition—only one exists. There are no similar styles. What Andrea's wearing is probably... probably a knockoff."
Adrian nodded slightly.
Andrea smiled and said, "Adrian, your outfit tonight is very different. I've rarely seen you wear white before."
