Chapter 380 Signing the Contract

"My name's Natalie Teeger." Natalie noticed a flicker of surprise in Mindy's eyes but admired her for not showing it too much. Unlike Karen, Mindy was cool and composed.

Mindy handed over a contract. "Ms. Teeger, here's the contract from Dynamic Entertainment. Please review it and let us know if you have any questions."

Natalie took the contract, surprised at how quickly Adrian had moved.

As she read, her phone buzzed on the table. "Adrian" flashed on the screen.

Mindy saw it too.

Natalie answered, "Hello."

Adrian asked, "Are you at Dynamic Entertainment? I had their agent contact you."

"Yeah, I'm here, about to sign the contract," Natalie replied.

"I'll give you all the resources you need," Adrian assured.

"But I don't understand the contract. What if you trick me?" Natalie glanced at the thick document.

Adrian chuckled. "What do you want?"

Natalie, with a sweet tone she rarely used, said, "How about you take me to a movie tonight? We can discuss it there."

Adrian was momentarily stunned. "Alright."

Mindy, despite trying to hide it, was shocked. 'Adrian is flirting with Natalie? Unbelievable!'

Mindy had always seen Adrian as cold and ruthless. She'd only seen him once at a banquet, where even from a distance, his presence was intimidating.

And now, this icy Adrian was flirting with Natalie? Wow.

Mindy quickly realized the kind of big shot she was dealing with. Natalie looked a lot like Adrian's fiancée, Alice. If she didn't know better, she'd think they were the same person.

Karen was Alice's agent. Both Karen and Mindy were top agents at Dynamic Entertainment, each with their own networks. They were colleagues but also competitors.

Natalie signed the contract with neat, elegant handwriting, then handed it to Mindy.

Mindy reviewed it, stood up, and extended her hand. "Natalie, from now on, I'm your agent. Call me Mindy."

"Mindy," Natalie said, "You're not just my agent but my partner. I hope for a loyal partnership. I'll be loyal to you, and I hope you'll do the same."

"Absolutely," Mindy replied. "I've been in this industry for over ten years. I started as an assistant at 24 and worked my way up. I'm 100% behind my partner."

"Glad to hear that. I'll be straightforward. I don't like Alice. She and I can't move forward together. Only I will be ahead, and she will fall behind." Natalie's eyes turned cold and determined.

"I understand, Natalie. Don't worry, I feel the same way about Karen," Mindy said.

Natalie smiled. "Then let's have a great partnership for the next five years."
