Chapter 892 With Tears and Cries

The card game went on three rounds in a row, and Natalie snagged a win in one of them.

Right around then, the banquet was wrapping up.

Downstairs in the banquet hall, they were showing off U&M's new seasonal stuff and handing out gifts to the socialites. Some got a brooch, some a necklace, and others a pinky ring.

There were also some decorative items, cufflinks, glasses, perfumes, and the like.

But Natalie didn't need any of that. As U&M's brand ambassador, she could get whatever she wanted. They sent new products to their ambassadors every month, and this starry night gown and tiara were gifts from Rebecca to Natalie.

After the banquet ended, Rebecca watched Natalie leave, still trying to process her shock.

Ainsley, standing next to her, blurted out, "Natalie owns the Blue Moon Lake Estate?"

Blue Moon Lake wasn't something just anyone could buy. Even a fortune was no guarantee for that. Rebecca had tried several times to buy it at a high price but was always turned down.

Lauchelle wasn't short on cash. Blue Moon Lake Estate was her passion project.

Even the Murphy family had offered $5 billion, but Lauchelle wouldn't sell.

Blue Moon Lake wasn't just a lake; it was a status symbol.

It backed onto Vachilit's most beautiful private scenic area, Blue Moon Lake.

It wasn't just about money; it was about power and wealth.

And Natalie turned out to be the new owner.

Rebecca plopped down on the sofa. "Ainsley, do you think it was a mistake not to personally greet Natalie? Will she be upset with me?"

Before, Ainsley would've definitely said no. But now, knowing Natalie owned Blue Moon Lake Estate, she wasn't so sure. "Ms. Henderson, how about I visit Dynamic Entertainment tomorrow to see Natalie's agent, Heather? Heather isn't just her agent but also her friend, someone Natalie has supported all the way."

Rebecca thought for a moment. "No, I'll go myself."

She had to take this seriously.

Natalie got back to her apartment, took a shower, and crashed on the bed, exhausted from the evening.

Even though she was home, the socialite dinner was still buzzing. It was already early morning, but Blue Moon Lake Estate was still lively because Sandra had called the cops.

Sandra's face was wrapped in dramatic bandages, and her white gloves were stained with blood, looking pretty scary.

One of Sandra's friends was bawling. "It was all Alice's doing. She suddenly rushed over and scratched Sandra's face. Sandra's face is now messed up. Officer, please be fair and do the right thing. There are surveillance cameras in the lounge, and Ms. Henderson's assistant was there too. You can ask Ainsley."

Most of the socialites had already left the banquet hall.

Marshall, along with the servants, was checking the hall for any damages or missing items.

Over a hundred media outlets were still there, and when the police car arrived and went upstairs, the media immediately sensed a story and didn't leave, scrambling to get the scoop.

Marshall frowned as he looked upstairs, and a servant came over. "Marshall, we found the waitress who accidentally spilled champagne on Natalie. She's from Platinum Haven Hotel, brought over by Ms. Henderson."
