Chapter 457 The Three-Year Agreement

Cassidy's eyes lit up when she heard the word "weak." She took a sip of her coffee and smirked. "Bella, you're sharp. Once you marry into the Reynolds family, stick close to Austin, keep tabs on him, and feed me the deets. When he kicks the bucket, you'll snag 6% of the Reynolds Group's shares. That's some serious cash."

Bella frowned. "I get it, but what if he never dies? I'd be stuck with nothing, right?"

Cassidy leaned in. "Give it three years. Even if Austin's still kicking, you'll get the shares. Plus, your firmwill thrive."

Bella nodded. "Thanks, Mrs. Reynolds."

Heather had been swamped lately, hunting for scripts for Natalie. Natalie had mad potential and trusted Heather enough to switch from Samantha's management. Heather was determined to make Natalie proud. She had some solid connections from her time as an executive agent.

Sure, it wasn't as big as Dynamic Entertainment Media, but Heather wasn't about quick wins, just like Natalie. They both cared about the quality of the script and the role.

That morning, Heather scored a guest role and quickly called Natalie. "Hey, Natalie, free this afternoon? Got a script for you."

Natalie checked her watch. "Busy this afternoon. Let's chat tonight."

She put down her phone and called out, "Mom, you ready?"

Rosalie, changing in the bedroom, walked out. "All set. Let's roll. I told Alice you were coming. She sounded stoked."

Natalie smirked. "Really?"

Rosalie knew Natalie wasn't a fan of Alice, so she kept it low-key. "Alright, let's go."

Natalie and Rosalie headed downstairs. Natalie had already called for a driver, who was waiting outside.

Rosalie glanced at Natalie. "You called the driver?"

The driver was in a sleek, low-key Mercedes. But even low-key, it screamed high-end.

Rosalie figured the car was from Dynamic Entertainment Media. Only Natalie knew Adrian had set it up for her. 24/7, on call.

"Ms. Teeger, where to?" Driver Derek Rivera asked.

Natalie gave the name of a flower shop. Derek drove, parked near the mall, and grabbed the flowers. He handed the freshly wrapped carnations to Natalie.

Then Natalie said,"Mom, these are for Alice."

Rosalie, at her age, couldn't tell the quality or meaning of the flowers, just that they looked nice and smelled good. Seeing Natalie take the initiative to give flowers to Alice made her happy, thinking they were finally mending fences.

Rosalie beamed. "Beautiful, Natalie. Great choice."

Twenty minutes later, they reached the hospital room door.

Renee had been waiting. Seeing Natalie and Rosalie, she said, "Ms. Cullen's been waiting for you." Her eyes lingered on Natalie, reminding her of her injured leg, but she couldn't do anything to Natalie, just fume silently.
