Chapter 1138 A Call from Samuel

"I was in such a deep slumber that I didn't hear it." Natalie said.

"Okay. Mrs. Howard, breakfast is ready." Violette said.

"Okay, I'll go downstairs and eat in a moment." Natalie had just walked out of the bathroom, drying her hair. The marks on her body were clearly visible. She hadn't expected Adrian to be crazy. She touched her collarbone, feeling a searing pain.

Looking in the mirror, she saw that it was already red and swollen.

She remembered Adrian had said it was his mark, feeling his words was ambiguous.

Natalie glanced at her watch and couldn't believe they had had sex for so long. Even though she had taken a hot shower, she was still exhausted. Natalie had to go out today; she needed to visit Dynamic Entertainment. She changed into a white knitted top with a small V-neck lace design.

Natalie already had a long neck and perfect shoulder line. Wearing this outfit highlighted her elegance, but after they made love from last night to this morning, her neck was covered in red marks. The exposed skin bore many ambiguous traces, but it wasn't suitable for wearing turtlenecks in this season.

"Violette, have you seen my scarf? The light khaki one, U&M's early fall limited edition." Natalie went downstairs and saw Andrea sitting in the living room and talking to Adrian about the roses on the table.

Natalie instantly understood that Andrea had brought roses, not expecting Andrea to come so early.

As Natalie approached, Andrea stood up, and her gaze fell on the red marks on Natalie's neck. Andrea naturally knew what those marks represented. She hadn't expected that even with amnesia, Adrian would still be infatuated with Natalie. She bit her lip, trying hard to stay calm and not lose her composure in front of Adrian. But the red marks on Natalie's neck were really glaring. "Natalie."

Natalie smiled at Andrea. "Andrea, you're here. Have you had breakfast? Why not join us?"

Andrea had already eaten, but the thought of Adrian and Natalie having breakfast together made her agree, "Not yet. I brought some pastries I made. Adrian, Natalie, you should try them."

Natalie smiled faintly. "Andrea, you're here so early. I remember Caspian's concert are for the afternoon."

Andrea's expression didn't change. "Yes, but I got up early and made some pastries. I thought I'd bring them for Adrian and you to try. I remember Adrian used to love them."

At the dining table, Natalie drank a glass of milk.

She didn't eat much in the morning; a glass of milk, a slice of toast, and a fried egg were enough.

Violette came downstairs. "Mrs. Howard, I found your scarf. It was in Mr. Howard's dressing room."

Natalie wiped the corner of her mouth and put on the scarf. She said to Adrian. "I need to go out.."

Adrian nodded.

Natalie wanted to say something else, but seeing Andrea sitting next to Adrian, she swallowed her words.

After Andrea arrived, Adrian reverted to his cold demeanor.

Natalie was uncertain about when he would remember what had happened in the past three years. Nevertheless, there was always hope.

Natalie's car was parked at the door. Just as she got in, she suddenly remembered she had left her phone on the dining table during breakfast.
