Chapter 952 Good Temper

Natalie really didn't want to get into a fight over this stuff, especially since Wendy had been around Dynamic Entertainment forever.

Back when Dynamic Entertainment had started, it wasn't even called that. After a bunch of shareholder changes, it finally got its current name.

Wendy had been there from day one, one of the OG shareholders.

Natalie wasn't one to start drama, but she also wasn't about to just roll over. She said, "If she posts, we will too, but let's let it slide this time. She's been here longer. Next time something like this happens, we'll push back."

Heather knew exactly what Wendy's weak spot was.

If Wendy kept up her petty, mean-girl antics, Heather would definitely double down on the "return" articles to hit back.

Wendy's biggest fear was getting "returned."

Even though she had a solid spot in the industry now, a string of flops would still hurt her.

Plus, with new talent always popping up, Wendy had her own insecurities.

Heather didn't mind keeping Wendy's team on edge.

Meanwhile, the makeup artist chimed in, "Natalie, you've got such a good temper. In my twenty-plus years in this biz, you're the most chill star I've met, especially at your level." Usually, lesser-known stars might not care about this stuff, but for a leading actress who had pulled in $3 billion at the box office to be so kind was rare.

And it wasn't just an act. Natalie had good manners baked in.

Natalie just gave a small smile. She didn't think she had a particularly good temper. She was just a bit gentle sometimes. She avoided conflict, and it was thanks to Heather's timely help.

After her makeup was done, Natalie went to try on her dress.

Today, she picked a blue U-shaped backless gown with a gauzy texture. The waist, neckline, and back were decked out with pearls. She paired it with a matching pearl necklace and sapphire earrings, a gift from Kamille.

Surprisingly, the whole look was on point.

Heather kept nodding in approval.

Natalie's skin was already super smooth, almost flawless.

Today, her hair was styled in an updo with some loose strands framing her face. It showed off her long neck and smooth lines, making her look as elegant as a swan.

The interview lasted about thirty minutes.

Heather had prepped her with a script, and throughout the interview, Natalie stayed calm, occasionally flashing a small smile. After the interview, a reporter asked for her autograph.

York City wasn't a coastal city, but there was an artificial sea area behind the venue hosting the fashion gala.

Heather's photography team was taking pictures there. As Natalie walked over, the sea breeze lifted her hair and the hem of her dress.

The photographer immediately started snapping away.

After a few seconds, they began setting up the scene.

An assistant came over to adjust the hem of Natalie's dress to a different angle.

Just then, a group of people trooped over. "Excuse me, clear this area. Wendy's photography team needs to shoot here."

There were a lot of people at today's fashion gala, and half of them were taking pictures here. But Wendy, being her usual arrogant self, had her people come over and clear the area.

Some lesser-known actresses and actors and those who didn't want to get on Wendy's bad side had no choice but to quickly take a few shots and leave, either finding another spot or waiting for Wendy to finish.
