Chapter 1028 Andrea Wakes Up
"Alice, it was Natalie who walked into my room back then, but you kept saying it was you. You even made Natalie cover for you by threatening her with her mom. I can't believe I was fooled by you for so long before I saw your true colors."
"No, that's not how it happened!" Alice yelled.
Seeing this, Brice rushed over and twisted Alice's wrist. She cried out in pain, and the fruit knife in her hand clattered to the floor.
Brice grabbed her hands and pinned her down on the coffee table as the security guards rushed in and took Alice away.
Alice struggled, but the security guards used all their strength to drag her out.
She fought all the way, finally getting tossed out of the Howard Corporation Building by the security guards.
A crowd gathered to watch.
Even though she looked a lot like Natalie, they still recognized her.
"Isn't that Alice?"
"She really has no shame, getting dumped and still showing up here."
Alice stood up and tried to rush back in, but the security guards stopped her as she screamed Adrian's name like a madwoman.
Alice knew her dignity and reputation were completely ruined as she thought, 'Adrian is actually going to marry that bitch Natalie!'
Walking down the street, Alice saw the huge LED screen at the corner displaying the news of Adrian and Natalie's upcoming wedding. Her eyes were filled with resentment, her face almost twisted.
Natalie had been staying at Bayview Villa these past few days.
On Saturday night, she and Adrian went to the Howard Mansion for dinner.
The Howard Mansion was filled with joy. Everyone's face was beaming with happiness.
At the dinner table, Joe said, "A few days ago, Ruben said that the 26th of this month is a good day."
Adrian glanced at Natalie, "What do you think?"
Natalie smiled, "I'll go with whatever you decide."
Ruben nodded, "Alright, then let's set it for that day. It's only about ten days away, so we need to get everything ready. Joe, Melissa, you two need to prepare carefully for Adrian's wedding."
Melissa and Joe exchanged a glance and nodded.
Melissa said, "We've already started preparing. There are a few options for the wedding venue. Adrian, Natalie, what do you think?"
Natalie said, "How about we set the venue at Blue Moon Lake?"
"That sounds good," Melissa nodded. Adrian agreed as well.
"Alright, then we set the venue at Blue Moon Lake. Natalie, now we are family, so feel free to be yourself," Melissa said.
Natalie felt warmth from family. Here, with laughter and joy, everyone's eyes were filled with sincere warmth. But to Natalie's surprise, it came quickly and disappeared just as fast.
Andrea woke up.
When she got the news, Natalie was still at Bayview Villa.
It was Rachel who called her.
Natalie gripped her phone tightly, "Rachel, what did you say? Who is Andrea?"
"She is Jamie's sister," Rachel said. "Andrea became a vegetable due to an accident. The doctors said she might never wake up. She was kept alive in the hospital on a ventilator, and I almost forgot about her existence. But now, she's awake."
Rachel continued, "Adrian and the others have already gone to visit her. I'm getting ready to go too. Natalie, do you want to come with me?"
