Chapter 1051 I Don't Love You Anymore

His large hand tightly gripped Cecilia's wrist, causing her to wince in pain.

At this moment, Daryl's gaze was terrifying.

"You went to that rich family to be a tutor and kept trying to seduce the wealthy host. Did you think I wouldn't find out?" Daryl's eyes bore into Cecilia as he questioned her.

Upon hearing this, Cecilia's face turned pale.

Because Daryl was right, she did want to seduce Seb. Cecilia never thought she would do that to get money.

She had no other choice. Initially, she thought that rich men couldn't resist young and beautiful women. She just wanted to have sex with Seb once, hoping to get the money she needed.

Before doing all this, Cecilia had broken up with Daryl because she didn't want to desecrate their love. If she did this, she would lose her virginity, and she wouldn't be the same self-righteous Cecilia she once was.

Facing Daryl's questioning, Cecilia could only say, "It's good that you know. Don't waste your time on me, and don't borrow fancy cars or mansions from your classmates. You can't give me what I want, so stay away from me!"

After saying this, Cecilia flung Daryl's hand away.

Cecilia's heart ached terribly at this moment. She didn't want to hurt and mock the person she loved, but she had to. She could see from Daryl's eyes that he hadn't given up on her yet. Although she had nothing with Seb, she felt unworthy of Daryl because her soul was tainted.

Cecilia knew that the luxury Mercedes she had just ridden in and this luxurious garden villa were not Daryl's; he must have borrowed them from his classmates. Many students at their school came from wealthy families who bought them houses and cars here.

Daryl was an outstanding young man in every way. He was currently pursuing a Ph.D. in civil engineering and would have a bright future when he returned home. She didn't want him to deviate from his career path because of her. Therefore, she had to harden her heart and make him hate her because only if he hated her would he forget her completely and not let her affect his future life.

Cecilia was destined to walk a difficult path from now on. She had to work hard to make money so that Rainey and Quentin could live a good life and repay them for raising her.

Cecilia's words were like a sharp blade, stabbing into Daryl's heart.

Daryl frowned tightly, then turned around and blocked Cecilia's way.

"What do you want? Daryl, I don't love you anymore. I've broken up. Stop clinging to me, okay?" Cecilia shouted at Daryl, going against her true feelings.

"Cecilia, I understand that you want a good life, and I can give it to you in the future. Do you have to degrade yourself like this now? Why are you willing to be a plaything for those rich people?" Daryl's voice was so deep it seemed to shake the roof.

Hearing this, Cecilia's heart ached to the extreme. She stared at Daryl with hollow eyes. He was right; she was indeed despicable and no longer worthy of him.

The next moment, Cecilia sneered, "It's none of your business. I just like rich people. Since you're not rich, stop bothering me!"

Cecilia wanted to anger Daryl into leaving. She couldn't face him anymore; she felt ashamed in front of him.

Hearing this, Daryl's eyes widened in anger, and he tightened his grip on Cecilia's wrist.

Cecilia winced in pain but didn't make a sound, her eyes locked with his in a fierce struggle.

"Is money all you care about? You can be with anyone having money?" Daryl's eyes narrowed, emitting a sinister light.

"Yes!" Cecilia lifted her chin and said resolutely.

Only she knew how much pain she was in at that moment. Her mind was filled with images of the frail Rainey and Quentin doing hard labor every day.

Love was beautiful, but she had to give it up. She had to work hard to make money so her family could live a happy life. Without her, Daryl might be in pain for a while, but he would have a bright future.

Hearing this, Daryl frowned, then swung his hand, throwing Cecilia onto the bed.

Then, Daryl opened the closet and took out a suitcase.

Daryl placed the suitcase on the bed and opened it.

Inside the suitcase were stacks of dollar bills, filling the entire case. The amount must be substantial.

Lying on the bed, Cecilia frowned at the sight of the money. "Where did you get so much money?"

Daryl ignored Cecilia and pointed to the money in the suitcase. "You like money, don't you? Here is $104,000. Can I have sex with you now?"

Hearing this, Cecilia's face turned pale.

Although Daryl's words were deeply insulting, Cecilia was more concerned about Daryl. She feared the money was obtained through improper means.

So, the next moment, Cecilia slowly stood up, glanced at the money in the suitcase, and frowned. "Daryl, did you borrow this money from your classmates? Return it immediately!"

"You said money could buy you, right? I'm the buyer now; you have no right to ask where the money came from!" The next moment, Daryl stepped forward, grabbed Cecilia's shoulders, and lowered his head to kiss her face and neck.

"What are you doing?" Daryl's sudden move made Cecilia feel like she was facing a great enemy. She pushed against his chest with all her might.

Cecilia's resistance only made the already irrational Daryl angrier. He tightened his grip on her shoulders and questioned, "What? Is it not enough? No problem, I can give you more. What you should be doing now is pleasing me!"

"Let go of me! Did you hear me?" Cecilia, unable to bear the humiliation, struggled with all her might.

But Daryl began to tear at her sweater.

Although Cecilia and Daryl had been dating for two months, they had only held hands and kissed on the forehead. To Daryl, Cecilia was sacred and inviolable. He felt that even kissing her was a desecration.
