Chapter 488 Is This a Balloon?
"Get off me!" Susan snapped.
The next thing she knew, Seb flipped her over and pinned her down!
Susan's heart was racing like crazy. She looked up at him, cheeks turning red. "I'm outta my pills, what now?"
She was messing with him, seeing how he'd handle it.
But Seb just grabbed her hand and shoved it into his bathrobe pocket.
Susan felt something stretchy and asked, "What's this?"
"Why don't you pull it out and see?" Seb's eyes twinkled like crescent moons.
Curious, Susan reached in and pulled out a bunch of stuff.
When she saw what it was, she frowned. "Condoms?"
Seeing the seven or eight condoms in her hand, Susan couldn't help but laugh. He'd even prepped for this.
"How about we use these?" Seb pulled out a few more wrapped condoms from his pocket.
"How many did you buy?" Susan counted and found there were twelve in total.
"I got two packs, six each, so twelve," Seb said.
"Why'd you get so many?" Susan blushed and complained.
Seb tore one open, took out a condom, and whispered in her ear with a raspy voice, "I figured we'd use three a day, so we'll run out in four days. Gonna need to buy more soon."
"Get off me!" Susan shyly pushed him away.
Seb leaned down, kissed her cheek, and placed the condom in her hand.
"Huh?" Susan's heart was about to leap out of her chest. Even though it wasn't their first time, she was a bit nervous and excited.
Her hands were trembling, and her heart was pounding.
Seb swallowed hard, his throat dry.
Just then, the door flew open.
Susan jumped, her hand shook, and the condom fell to the floor!
Her heart was about to explode.
Seb reacted fast, covering himself with the bathrobe.
A small figure in cartoon pajamas ran in, shouting, "Daddy, Mommy, I'm here!"
Seeing Hayden run in, Susan clutched her chest.
She was almost scared to death. Luckily, both she and Seb were in pajamas and hadn't started yet, or they'd have been caught, and that would've been a disaster.
Seeing Hayden, Seb frowned and said with a dark face, "Why aren't you asleep?"
Hayden looked up at them with fear and sadness, "I dreamed Daddy and Mommy were fighting. Daddy was so mean, I was scared he'd hurt Mommy, so I came to check. Daddy, don't bully Mommy. Mommy's a girl, she can't hold it!"
Hearing this, Susan was both amused and exasperated. What kind of weird dream was that?
Seeing Hayden's sad little face, Susan immediately scooped him up and shot Seb a look, telling him to chill out and not scare the kid.
She hugged Hayden tight and said, "Hey buddy, Daddy and I weren't fighting. And trust me, if Daddy ever tried to mess with me, I'd totally kick his butt!"
Seb gave her a look that screamed, "Yeah, right, like you could."
"If you weren't fighting, what were you doing?" Hayden asked, blinking those big innocent eyes at them.
Susan was stumped. How should she answer that?
Seb cleared his throat, "Well, your mommy and I..."
Just then, Hayden spotted something on the floor. He picked it up, curious.
Seeing him with the condom, Susan nearly lost it.
"Mommy, what's this?" Hayden asked, holding it up.
"Uh... it's a balloon!" Susan blurted out.
Hayden's face lit up, and he started trying to blow it up.
"Hayden..." Susan was mortified.
Hayden managed to inflate it a bit and giggled, "Mommy, why's this balloon so greasy?"
Susan was speechless, and Seb, looking pissed, snatched the "balloon" from Hayden. "Enough questions! Time for bed!"
Hayden scrambled onto the bed and pulled the blanket over himself, whining, "I wanna sleep with Mommy tonight! I don't wanna sleep downstairs alone."
"No way!" Seb snapped.
Hayden wasn't having it and burrowed deeper into the blanket. Seb moved to pull him out, and Hayden yelled, "No, I don't wanna go!"
Susan quickly stepped in, pushing Seb away. "Hayden, you're a big boy now. You need to sleep on your own. How about I take you downstairs?"
Hayden's eyes lit up, and he nodded. "Okay."
Susan smiled and led him downstairs, holding his hand.
After a bit of comforting, Hayden finally fell asleep, and Susan headed back upstairs.
As soon as she walked in, Seb pulled her into his arms again.
But Susan looked wiped out. "It's late, let's just sleep, okay?"
She could barely keep her eyes open, her face resting on his chest.
"We are going to sleep. I didn't say anything else," Seb said, eyes full of mischief.
"I'm serious, I'm really beat. Don't bug me tonight!" Susan said, climbing into bed and pulling the covers over her head.
