Chapter 577 Forced Kiss
Seeing the vicious expression on Andrew's face, Susan was stunned and then asked, "You don't love Rylee at all?"
At the mention of this, Andrew became extremely agitated. "Not only do I not love her, I actually hate her now, and I hate her more and more. She can't do anything, she relies on me for everything, and I have to pamper her every day. If it weren't for her family's wealth, I would have left her long ago!"
Hearing this, Susan shook her head, a bit incredulous.
Although she knew Andrew might not love Rylee that much, she didn't expect him to hate her so deeply.
Andrew was truly a master of deception. In front of others, he treated Rylee like a treasure, but in his heart, Rylee was nothing more than a weed.
Susan felt really sorry for Rylee. It was foreseeable that Rylee's future would be particularly miserable.
After a while, Susan laughed bitterly and said, "I thought you left me because you fell in love with Rylee. It seems I overestimated you."
At this moment, Andrew suddenly grabbed Susan's shoulders and said urgently, "Susan, no matter what you think of me, I can tell you clearly, I truly love you!"
Susan couldn't help but sneer, saying, "Back then, you just told me you fell in love with someone else and were going to study abroad with her in Averlake, and then you left without hesitation. Do you know how heartbroken I was? Is this your true love?"
"I had no choice back then. As you said, I was just a poor man, and you had no family background. If we stayed together, we would have been poor for the rest of our lives. It would have been a waste of our lives. It was better for me to find an opportunity. If I became successful, maybe we could be together again!" Andrew explained urgently.
Hearing his confession, Susan calmly said, "It seems you found your opportunity. But let me make one thing perfectly clear, Andrew, I will never be with you."
Susan felt particularly grateful now that he had left her back then. Otherwise, if she had married him and had children, she would have been miserable. She felt she should thank him for not marrying her back then.
"I know I hurt you back then, but if we switched places and you had a chance to marry into a wealthy family, would you have let it go?" Andrew retorted.
Susan looked at Andrew, feeling disgusted by him.
"Do you think everyone is like you? Willing to give up everything for money!" Susan pushed Andrew's hand away and turned to leave.
Andrew, however, grabbed Susan's wrist and said urgently, "Susan, don't pretend to be noble in front of me. I won't look down on you."
"What do you mean by that?" Susan glared at him.
Andrew sneered and said, "Do you think I believe it's a coincidence that you married someone as wealthy as Seb right after we broke up? No way. I underestimated you back then. I thought you would find another poor man like me to spend the rest of your life with after I left. I didn't expect you to be even more capable, marrying Seb and having two children with him. You are truly an extraordinary woman!"
Susan frowned at Andrew, wondering why he thought others were as despicable as he was.
The next moment, Andrew suddenly grabbed Susan's shoulders.
"What are you doing?" Susan felt something was off in his eyes and was terrified.
Andrew then said, "Susan, I know you're not happy in the Anderson family. Carol doesn't acknowledge you, and although Seb treats you well now, what about in the future? What happens when you're old news, when he trades you in for a younger model? When that happens, you'll be miserable. So, it's better for us to be together. We were truly in love before."
Hearing his increasingly nonsensical words, Susan tried hard to push him away. "What nonsense are you talking about? We have nothing to do with each other anymore. Let go of me!"
Andrew, however, held on to her and said urgently, "Susan, I'm sincerely inviting you to join me. Let's bring down the Anderson family together. Once we take over Prosperity Group, we can be together forever. I've always loved you. You're the only one I've ever loved. Do you know how jealous I was when I knew you married Seb? Fate has brought us together again, which means we are meant to be."
"You..."
Before she could finish, Andrew lowered his head and kissed Susan's lips.
Susan struggled with all her might, but she was just a weak woman and couldn't match Andrew's strength.
He held the back of her head with one hand and tightly embraced her with the other. Her struggles were in vain.
At this moment, Susan felt an overwhelming sense of shame and anger.
When his lips touched hers, she felt like vomiting.
Susan felt his kiss was aggressive, and she was extremely terrified!
Staring at the cars speeding by, Susan felt a bit reassured. After all, they were on a bridge, and Andrew wouldn't dare do anything to her.
At this moment, she also blamed herself for being foolish. What was there to talk about with someone as morally bankrupt as Andrew?
He had gone mad, mad with the desire for fame, wealth, and status, to the point of being unscrupulous.
For someone like him, she could only stay away from him in the future.
However, he was Rylee's husband and Seb's brother-in-law. She feared she couldn't stay out of it. The only way was to be cautious and never give this unscrupulous person any opportunity.
The kiss lasted for a full one or two minutes until Andrew voluntarily let go of her.
Susan raised her hand and slapped Andrew hard across the face!
"Andrew, you are shameless!" With that, Susan turned and ran towards the other end of the bridge.
Facing Susan's back, Andrew shouted, "Susan, you will be mine eventually!"
Hearing this, Susan quickly turned around, retreating while looking at Andrew and shouting, "Andrew, stay away from me in the future!"
Seeing Susan's panic, Andrew laughed wildly.
His arrogant laughter made Susan uneasy and disgusted. The next moment, she turned and quickly left Maple Valley Bridge.
Sitting in the taxi, Susan wiped her lips hard with a tissue until they felt burning. It was truly disgusting, like being licked by a pig.
