Chapter 784 Accost
Seb was just teasing Susan; he still cared for her deeply.
Then, he coaxed and threatened her to get up and eat.
In this foreign land, Susan didn't expect to find such delicious food. Although she was very tired, she ate with great relish.
Just as Susan was eating heartily, Seb took the knife and fork from her hands.
"Why did you take my knife and fork? How am I supposed to eat?" Susan looked at Seb in confusion.
Taking away someone's utensils while they were enjoying their meal was a huge offense!
Seeing Susan glaring at him, Seb smiled and said, "What do you do after you're full?"
"Isn't it obvious? Sleep!" Susan said loudly.
Hearing this, Seb laughed. "Yeah, you always go to sleep right after eating. If you eat too much, you'll get a stomachache!"
Hearing this, Susan stared blankly at Seb.
He was so thoughtful; why hadn't she thought of that?
Looking down at the delicious dishes on the coffee table, Susan was still a bit tempted, but she decided to listen to him because her stomach wasn't in great shape, and she knew all too well the pain of a stomachache.
Seeing Susan staring at him, Seb couldn't help but touch his face and ask, "What's the matter? Am I too handsome, and you can't stop looking?"
Hearing this, Susan playfully hit his shoulder. "Your biggest flaw is your overconfidence!"
Although he got hit, Seb laughed happily.
Susan grabbed a napkin, wiped her greasy mouth, and then got up and walked to the bed.
She needed to sleep quickly; she felt like she was falling apart.
At this moment, Seb looked at his watch. "You can sleep for another two and a half hours. At three o'clock, get up on time, and I'll take you skiing!"
"What?" Susan turned around abruptly and stared at Seb.
"Is there a problem?" Seb asked, frowning.
"Skiing?" Susan confirmed.
"Yes." Seb nodded.
The next moment, Susan said worriedly, "But I don't know how. I've never skied before!"
She didn't know how to do high-end sports like golf, bowling, water skiing, or skiing.
Seeing her worried look, Seb walked over, touched her smooth hair, and said with a smile, "It's easy. I'll teach you."
"Alright then, I'll sleep first. Don't disturb me!" Susan warned him with her eyes.
"I have a video conference in half an hour, which will take about an hour and a half." Seb smiled.
Hearing this, Susan felt relieved but still frowned.
"What's wrong?" Seb asked, touching her face.
Susan pursed her lips and said worriedly, "You're working too hard. If you keep this up, you'll age prematurely."
Her hand slowly caressed Seb's cheek, her eyes full of sadness.
Feeling her tenderness and concern, Seb smiled and said, "Isn't it better if I get old? Then you won't have to worry."
"Worry about what?" Susan asked, puzzled.
"If I get old, no other women will be interested in me, and you won't have to worry." Seb grinned, showing his white teeth.
"Don't be so shameless. Do you think those women are interested in your looks? They're after your money, okay?" Susan snorted deliberately and then got into bed.
Smiling at Susan, Seb picked up his laptop and teased, "Looks like you should hope I go bankrupt."
Too tired to banter, Susan pulled the blanket over her head and waved her hand, signaling him to leave.
Seb smiled at the blanket and then left the bedroom with his laptop.
After resting, Susan was taken to the ski resort by Seb.
Since it was a private ski resort, there were hardly any people, only a few friends of the resort owner skiing.
The ski resort was large, covered in white snow. The slopes were quite steep, and the few skiers there were clearly experienced, flying through the air for several seconds before landing gracefully, like aerial acrobats.
After admiring a man's skiing skills, Susan couldn't help but gape. "Isn't that professional level?"
"He's pretty good, just not as good as me," Seb replied arrogantly, noticing Susan's amazed expression.
Hearing this, Susan rolled her eyes at Seb. "Stop being so full of yourself. I admit you're excellent, but you're not good at everything."
"I..." Seb was about to say something.
But Susan immediately screamed, "And he's handsome too."
Seb looked up and saw the skier ahead taking off his helmet, revealing a mixed-race face.
"He's just a guy, what's so special about that?" Seb muttered, clearly displeased.
Susan immediately retorted, "Can you be a little more respectful? Mixed-race people can be very attractive."
"I don't know what you see in them," Seb complained, then put on his helmet and skied into the resort.
Susan pursed her lips, thinking, 'What's wrong with him today? That skier didn't bother him, so why is he so annoyed?'
At this moment, the mixed-race skier saw Susan standing alone and came over to strike up a conversation.
"Hello!" The mixed-race man greeted Susan.
"Hello." Susan smiled politely.
"Are you from Luminara?" The mixed-race man looked Susan over.
"Yes, and you?" Susan asked with a smile.
The mixed-race man hesitated before saying, "My grandmother is from Luminara, but my parents and grandfather are from Zandoria."
Hearing this, Susan took a closer look at the mixed-race man in front of her; he indeed had more Zandoria genes.
"But I really like Luminara girls because they have a charm that Zandoria girls don't." The mixed-race man said, looking at Susan with admiration.
Susan felt a bit embarrassed by his gaze, blushed, and awkwardly asked with a smile, "Really?"
