Chapter 755 Only Each Other

Isabella, however, looked down at herself. "This is the latest style, okay? You're not that old, but your thinking is so old-fashioned!"

"I just care about you," Leon argued.

"I care about you too. Now go put on some pants and a T-shirt. I don't want other women seeing you, got it?" Isabella said, deliberately raising her chin to cause trouble.

The two of them continued to bicker back and forth, but Leon's arm remained around Isabella's shoulder.

Gradually, their figures grew more distant, and their voices faded away.

Then, Susan pushed Seb away and protested, "You're so overbearing! Why did you chase them away? It's so boring with just the two of us!"

Seeing Susan pout, Seb stepped forward and hugged her, saying, "The two of us are already interesting enough. Besides, this sky, this sea, they belong to just the two of us. Isn't that nice?"

Hearing this, Susan looked around and furrowed in confusion. "Yeah, since last night, I haven't seen anyone else on this beach. It's just the four of us."

Seb's lips curled into a smile. "I've reserved this entire beach. No one can come in unless I allow it."

Susan's eyes widened instantly.

He had actually reserved such a large beach. Her poverty had truly limited her imagination.

She hadn't even noticed, which was really careless of her.

Seb then put his arm around Susan's shoulders and walked along the beach.

"I don't like sharing. Especially not you. It's perfect this way. Just us, the sea, the sky..." Seb said, pointing to the distant sky and sea.

At this moment, Susan pouted and said, "You're so selfish!"

"How am I selfish?" Seb asked, dissatisfied.

"You don't know how to share; you just like to monopolize!" Susan laughed.

Hearing this, Seb also laughed and then stopped, holding Susan's shoulders and saying seriously, "Love isn't about sharing, Susan. It's about possession."

"I was talking about the beach," Susan corrected.

"Same thing," Seb explained in a low voice. "I can't stand other men looking at you."

"Leon is a decent guy," Susan said.

"I know he's decent, but it doesn't matter. If any other man looks at you, I'll go crazy!" Seb said, pulling Susan tightly into his arms.

Feeling his firm chest and rapidly beating heart, Susan was deeply moved.

'Love wasn't about sharing. It was about belonging to someone, wholly and completely.' she thought to herself.

Looking at the blue sky and white clouds in the distance, and the beach and sea nearby, Susan felt a pang of sadness.

Although he loved her and she loved him, how long could they have each other like this?

The years of breaking up and getting back together had left Susan's heart scarred, but she still longed to be with him forever. However, could they really stay together for long in their current situation?

Not long after, Seb suddenly asked, "Why have you gone silent?"

Susan pressed her face against his chest and asked sadly, "Seb, what will we do in the future?"

Hearing this, Seb frowned.

After a while, he said, "My mom wanted me to get a divorce, and I already did."

Seeing the helplessness in his eyes, Susan felt conflicted.

Seb then apologized, "Susan, I know I've made you suffer, but I really don't want to be apart from you. I promise, after a while, I'll remarry you."

Seeing the apology in his eyes, Susan said, "Seb, I know you love me, and I love you too. A piece of paper doesn't change that. Being with you...it's my choice. I don't feel wronged."

After saying this, she pressed her face against his chest.

Seb stroked Susan's back, not knowing what to say, momentarily at a loss for words.

Susan knew he was feeling bad. On one side was his mom's last wish, and on the other was his beloved woman. He didn't want to betray either side. It was truly a dilemma. If it were her, she wouldn't know what to do either.

The next moment, Susan looked up at him and said, "Let's not think about those unhappy things anymore. At least we're happy now. Let's just enjoy each day as it comes."

"That's not fair to you," Seb said, frowning.

Seeing his furrowed brows, Susan's heart softened. She reached out and gently smoothed his brows. "As long as your heart belongs to me, that marriage certificate doesn't matter."

At this moment, Seb was deeply moved by her generosity.

He held her hand and vowed, "Not just my heart, my whole being belongs to you."

Although Susan was touched by his confession, the atmosphere felt a bit tense.

She then looked up and smiled, saying, "You said it. From the roots of your hair to your toes, you're all mine."

"My eyes, nose, mouth, heart, liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys, even my little toes are all yours," Seb said with a playful smile.

Although his expression was playful, his tone was very serious.

Susan stared at him for a moment, then suddenly pushed him away, ran to the water, bent down, and splashed him with water, laughing. "You said it. From now on, you're mine, and no other woman can touch you!"

Drenched, Seb immediately got excited and started splashing water back at Susan. The two of them splashed each other, their laughter echoing across the beach.

But Susan, being a woman, eventually ran out of energy and gave up.

"No more, no more," Susan shouted as she walked up the beach.

Seb, however, grabbed her and started rolling on the soft sand.

"You think you can just stop?" Seb said in her ear as he rolled with her.

"What are you doing?" Susan was breathless from his actions.

"We used to roll around on the bed, but now we're rolling on the beach. This place is so vast, we can roll wherever we want," Seb said with a mischievous smile.

"Let go of me!" Susan protested.

But her protest was in vain, and she could only let him roll with her on the beach.

On the beach, the two of them played and laughed together.

Since they had been together, they had never been so relaxed and wild.

This sea, this beach, this sky, all belonged to them. His world only had her, and her world only had him. They enjoyed their time together to the fullest.
