Chapter 777 A Family of Four
Before Susan could finish her sentence, Seb's mouth sealed her lips.
Susan's words were swallowed back, and he began a passionate kiss.
After a long time, he finally stopped the kiss that left Susan breathless.
She lay in his arms, her face blushed.
Seb, panting, looked at Susan in his arms and said, "Looks like I need to punish you properly!"
Susan smirked, her eyes twinkling with mischief. "I'd love to see you try, but unfortunately, today's not the day."
"What do you mean?" Seb frowned, seeing her unusual behavior.
Susan's hand caressed his chest as she said, "I got my period today."
Upon hearing this, Seb covered his face with his hand and said regretfully, "Your period couldn't have come at a worse time."
"And it will last for a week." Susan laughed.
"Really?" After a moment of frustration, Seb stared at Susan and asked.
"Really," Susan answered, raising her chin.
The next moment, Seb reached to pull down Susan's pants.
"What are you doing?" Susan was startled and quickly grabbed her pants.
"You're very cunning; I need to check for myself if your period has really come," Seb said with a mischievous smile.
Hearing that he wanted to check, Susan pushed him away in fright and jumped out of bed. "I'm going to check if Hayden kicked off his blanket!"
Seeing Susan's expression, Seb knew she was definitely lying and jumped out of bed as well. "You're definitely lying to me!"
Susan laughed heartily, turned, opened the door, and ran out of the bedroom.
"Stop right there!" Seb chased after her the next moment.
Seeing Seb chasing her, Susan quickly ran downstairs.
Seb squinted his eyes, took a big step, and jumped directly from the second-floor stairs to the landing between the first and second floors!
Susan was stunned by Seb's agile move!
While Susan was in a daze, Seb stepped forward and grabbed her, saying with a mischievous smile, "Even the slyest fox can't escape the clever hunter."
"I'm not a fox," Susan pouted in protest.
"Right, you're not a fox; you're an enchanting woman!" Seb picked Susan up horizontally and started walking upstairs.
"Get away, I'm not an enchanting woman!" Susan protested, but her hands were tightly wrapped around Seb's neck.
In her heart, as long as her arms were tightly around him, she felt safe.
"You're the only enchanting woman who can captivate me!" Entering the bedroom, Seb whispered these affectionate words in Susan's ear.
Hearing this, Susan didn't argue anymore. Instead, she smiled and rested her head on Seb's shoulder.
"Why the sudden silence?" Seb looked down at Susan in his arms and asked with a laugh.
"Am I really the only one?" Susan asked, clearly taking his words seriously, her question naive.
Hearing this, Seb threw his head back and laughed.
Then, he kissed Susan on the cheek. "Who else but you has the ability to captivate me?"
Then, her hand slowly caressed his shoulder.
That night, she truly enchanted him, driving him crazy for her.
The next morning, when Susan came downstairs, Seb, Hayden, and Spring were already sitting at the dining table having breakfast.
As soon as Susan appeared in the dining room, Seb smiled gently and said, "Sit down and have breakfast."
"Okay." Susan nodded and sat next to Seb.
Their eyes met for a second, one smiled, and the other tidied her hair, lowering her head shyly.
A subtle emotion lingered in the air, known only to the two of them.
Last night, he was insatiable; her waist was almost broken. It was a miracle she could get up this morning.
"Mommy, you got up late again!" At this moment, Hayden's voice floated over.
Hearing this, Seb showed a mischievous smile.
Susan quickly patted his hand, signaling him not to speak nonsense.
Then, Susan said to Hayden, "I stayed up too late watching TV. You kids make sure to sleep early, okay?"
"Got it. You and Daddy can stay up late and get up late, but Spring and I have to go to bed early and get up early!" Hayden shook his head helplessly.
"Hayden, it's better to be an adult. These rules are so unfair to us kids!" At this moment, Spring suddenly chimed in.
Hearing this, Seb and Susan couldn't help but laugh.
While the two kids were complaining to each other, Susan felt her hand tighten.
Looking down, she saw Seb's big hand had somehow already grasped hers under the table.
Seeing that big hand, Susan smiled.
Seb continued eating breakfast at the table, showing no sign of his little action under the table.
After breakfast, Seb suddenly announced something.
"Hayden, Spring, Miss Thorne won't be able to continue teaching you due to health reasons. I've found another very talented teacher to be your tutor..."
Before Seb could finish, Spring interrupted him.
"Daddy, what's wrong with Miss Thorne? Is she still in the hospital? Daddy, I don't want anyone else to teach me; I want Miss Thorne to teach me!" Spring's little face was very anxious.
Hearing this, Susan and Seb exchanged a glance.
Susan knew Spring liked Cecilia very much, but she and Seb had reached a consensus last night. They both agreed that they would never let Cecilia teach Hayden and Spring again.
Before Susan could speak, Hayden frowned and said, "Spring, I don't think Miss Thorne is that great. Daddy will probably find us a better teacher."
"No, I want Miss Thorne to teach me!" Spring was very stubborn and immediately started crying.
Seeing this, Susan quickly comforted Spring, "Spring, it's not that we don't want Miss Thorne to teach you anymore, but Miss Thorne is not feeling well and is in the hospital. She can't teach you right now."
"I want Miss Thorne; I don't want another teacher!" Spring cried stubbornly.
