Chapter 484 The Sweet Feeling

Susan stepped out of the fitting room, rocking a pristine white wedding gown.

Seb looked up and his jaw practically hit the floor.

She had a veil on, and the off-shoulder gown showed just enough to be both sexy and classy. The high-waisted, narrow-hip design hugged her curves perfectly, and the long, trailing skirt made her look like she was floating.

Seeing Seb's stunned face, Susan shyly asked, "Do I look good?"

Seb stood up, tossed the magazine aside, and walked over to her. He took her hand, gave her a once-over, and then frowned.

Seeing him frown, Susan glanced down at her dress, confused. What was wrong?

"Do I not look good?" she asked, feeling a bit unsure.

But she had seen the amazement in his eyes just a second ago.

"This was designed by some big-shot Italian designer just for you, but I feel like it wasn't worth the cash," Seb said, stroking his chin as he checked her out.

Susan replied, "I think it's awesome. The style is fresh, and the fabric and craftsmanship are top-notch. Sure, it's pricey, but it's from a famous Italian designer. What's wrong with it?"

Seb's eyes zeroed in on the neckline of her dress. "The design here is off. Looks like I'll have to send it back to Italy for a fix."

Susan looked down at her chest, then back at his furrowed brows, and finally got what he was on about.

She laughed, "Wedding dresses are supposed to be like this, right? You're being too picky."

Seb, still not impressed, said, "Does getting married mean you have to show so much skin? Plenty of wedding dresses have high necklines and look just as good."

No way was Seb letting other guys see his woman's chest. This was testing his patience big time.

Susan noticed the makeup artist and assistant nearby, giggling at their exchange.

Feeling embarrassed, Susan smiled and said, "Sorry, my husband and I need a moment. Could you give us some privacy?"

"Sure, just call us when you're ready," the makeup artist and assistant said, leaving the VIP room.

Once they were alone, Seb touched the off-shoulder neckline of Susan's dress. "This designer really doesn't get me. How could he think I'd be okay with this?"

Susan, getting impatient, said, "This kind of wedding dress is super common now. Didn't you study abroad? How can you still be so old-fashioned? You're not usually like this!"

"Other guys checking out my wife, and you call me old-fashioned?" Seb shot back, not backing down.

"You can check out other chicks, but no one can look at me? How's that fair?" Susan shot back at Seb.

Seb bent down, grabbed her hips, and lifted her above his head, looking up at her with a smirk. "I'm a dude, you're a chick. It's different."

Susan pouted, "Men and women are the same, we're all just people!"

"Alright, I'm not gonna argue. Take off the dress later, and I'll have it sent back to Italy for a fix," Seb said, all business.

Susan frowned, "Our wedding's in two weeks. There's no time to send it back."

"Then we'll get another dress," Seb said, not budging.

Seeing his stubborn face, Susan cupped his cheeks and said, "No way, this dress is gorgeous, and we already paid for it. How about I wear a big necklace to cover it up? Or let my veil down so no one sees? Deal?"

"Nope," Seb shook his head.

"Seb," Susan whined, shaking his face.

"No," Seb's tone softened a bit.

"Honey," Susan tried a sweeter approach.

Seb's resolve started to crack. "I'll think about it."

Seeing a chance, Susan wrapped her arms around his neck and said, "Don't think about it, I love this dress!"

Seb finally gave in, nodding. "I'll have Leon find a necklace that covers your chest."

"Awesome," Susan beamed.

Seb put her down, walked to the couch, and called Leon.

Susan sat next to him, wrapping her arms around his, watching him intently as he made the call.

When he hung up, Seb noticed her staring. "Why are you looking at me like that?"

"You look so hot in a tailcoat!" Susan said, her voice flirty.

She'd never talked to him like this before, clearly trying to charm him. Seb's eyes darkened, and he leaned in, pressing her halfway down on the sofa.

"You..." Susan started to say.

Seb lowered his head, his voice dangerous. "Do you know you're seducing me?"

Susan wanted to tease him back. This was Solomon Bridal Photography Studio; he wouldn't dare do anything here.

She reached out and pinched his bow tie, a smile playing on her lips. "Are you saying I've successfully seduced you?"

"Yeah, you've got me. Now I just want to make love to you," Seb said, his eyes locked on hers, one hand interlocking with hers, the other gripping her waist.

Susan's hand brushed his cheek, her smile a mix of sass and allure. "Really? Let's see just how strong my charm is."
