Chapter 783 A World for Two

"When he was young, he was always excellent in both character and academics, a really good young man. I just don't understand today's girls—they only chase after fame and fortune. Cecilia had a gem and didn't even see it, obsessed with finding some rich guy instead. It's just foolish!" Seb expressed, clearly puzzled.

Hearing this, Susan lowered her head and thought for a moment, then said, "If that's the case, Daryl probably didn't tell Cecilia about his real family background, which led to this situation."

"I know Daryl well; he's someone who values relationships deeply. This time, Cecilia probably hurt him deeply. When he came out of the hospital earlier, I saw that he was very downcast, his eyes full of pain. When he saw me, he was surprised and only managed to say a few words to me," Seb said regretfully.

Hearing this, Susan sighed. "That is really sad. His girlfriend left him for money, but he is actually wealthy too."

Seeing Susan's low spirits, Seb immediately bent down and scooped her up from the sofa!

"What are you doing?" Susan quickly wrapped her arms around Seb's neck as her body was suddenly lifted into the air.

"We finally have some alone time today. Let's not talk about Cecilia anymore, okay? The path she chose, wherever it leads, is her own choice. No one else is to blame!" Seb said with a smile.

"That's true, but I still feel it's a pity. Daryl and Cecilia actually make a good match," Susan said, frowning.

"In my opinion, Cecilia doesn't deserve Daryl!" Seb said decisively.

"Everyone makes mistakes, and Cecilia was forced into it. If a person doesn't know how to be grateful and only thinks about themselves, wouldn't that be too selfish?" Susan surprisingly defended Cecilia.

"Didn't you dislike Cecilia? Why are you supporting her now?" Seb asked as he started moving towards the bed.

Susan smiled and said, "I saw Cecilia today and felt she wasn't that annoying. She even helped persuade Spring to attend lessons with the new tutor. Spring listens to her, so I don't have to worry about that anymore."

Hearing this, Seb nodded. "Well, at least Cecilia did one good thing!"

"So I really don't want to see her and Daryl, such a perfect couple, break up. But there's nothing I can do," Susan said regretfully.

Unknowingly, Susan had already been placed on the soft bed by Seb.

When his body pressed down on hers, Susan realized she was pinned down!

"What are you doing? It's broad daylight!" Realizing his intentions from his mischievous eyes, Susan immediately protested.

Seeing her frightened expression, Seb smiled and touched her smooth cheek. "The maid will bring lunch at twelve. We've got an hour. If we don't hurry, we might have an awkward interruption. You wouldn't want that, would you?"

"Seb, you're threatening me!" Susan knew he was blatantly threatening her, so she pointed at him in protest.

Seb just smirked. "I'm stating a fact."

The next moment, Susan tried to jump off the bed while he was off guard.

But before her feet touched the ground, he pulled her back.

Seeing no escape, Susan clung to his arm and pleaded, "Please, we finally have some alone time. How about taking me out to play in the snow?"

This time, Seb was unmoved. "Playing in the snow isn't as fun as playing with you."

"Get away!" Susan said angrily, hands on her hips.

At this point, Seb hugged Susan's waist and began his gentle assault.

"The soundproofing in the Northstar City villa is terrible. I haven't dared to make a sound these past few days. It's been killing me. Now that it's just the two of us, can't we let loose a bit?"

"I don't get why you men are all so keen on having sex and never get tired of it!" Seeing him speak so gently, Susan's voice had turned into a soft complaint.

"Aren't I the only man you have? Or do you have someone else?" Seb's face darkened at her words.

"Yes, I do. So what?" Susan retorted, chin raised defiantly.

At this, Seb frowned and immediately started.

"What are you doing?" Susan hugged herself tightly.

Seb grabbed her wrists with his big hands and pinned them above her head.

At this moment, he warned fiercely, "I'm telling you, if you dare say such nonsense again, I'll..."

"What will you do?" Susan was still defiant, even though she was now completely restrained.

Seeing her stubborn little face, Seb's eyes narrowed, and he said directly, "I'll make sure you can't get out of bed!"

An hour later, Seb sat at the coffee table, eating with relish. The table was filled with various dishes.

"This chef's food is even better than what we had in Maple Valley. Aren't you going to try some?" Seb called out to Susan, who was lying on the big bed.

At this moment, Susan was lying in the covers, her shoulders exposed. She lay on the pillow, motionless, only making small whimpering sounds.

"Are you going to eat or not?" Seeing her not moving, Seb brought a plate of ribs to her side.

"Seb, please let me sleep for a while. I'll be grateful," Susan said with her eyes closed.

Seeing her cute and charming demeanor, Seb smiled and whispered in her ear, "Now you see what I'm capable of, right?"

"Yes, yes," Susan said dejectedly, regretting having provoked him.

Seb seemed particularly satisfied with Susan's response, laughing heartily.

Earlier, he had made love twice in a row, with many difficult positions. Susan was really impressed by him. Now she felt like a puddle of mud, unable to move.

This was his so-called alone time. She had been tricked again.

How could she be so stupid? She should have known what alone time meant.

Because the villa's soundproofing was poor, she had rarely let him touch her since they arrived. If he did, she didn't dare make a sound, and it always ended quickly, with no fun at all.

No wonder he wanted to take her out for a day.

After this lesson, Susan told herself, 'Susan, you're so stupid. Never go out alone with him again!'
