Chapter 134 Thankfully, You're a Man

Keith shrugged nonchalantly, a kind of pride in his tone. "I can't afford to provoke that young master of the Hamilton Family."

"You, Keith, have someone you fear?" Dermot expressed surprise, as if he had encountered something rare.

Keith raised an eyebrow, crossed his arms, and said, "Alright, I admit that I'm not afraid of him. My main concern is that whoever pursues Evelyn should make you unhappy. In that case, what's the point of me showing up to cause trouble?"

He had seen through Dermot, when it came to Evelyn.

Dermot glanced at him, turned around, and walked away. He was afraid that if he stayed any longer, he would lose control and want to hit someone.

Keith's smile grew broader. "What? Are you angry?"

Dermot didn't say a word and headed towards his car.

Keith followed behind, continuing to speak as they walked. "Evelyn didn't tell you, but she has agreed to cooperate with me to deal with the Barns family.

It won't be long before the Barns family disappears from Moris City. I'm curious, will you help your childhood sweetheart?"

Upon Dermot furrowed his eyebrows but stopped.

"Hey, are you just going to leave like this? Say a few words at least," Keith persisted, eager to know what Dermot was thinking.

Finally, as he had hoped, Dermot stopped in his tracks, turned to look at him, and said, "Thankfully, you're a man. Otherwise, with the level of care you show towards me, I would have thought you liked me."

Keith: "..."

He had eaten a lot for breakfast today, he almost threw up.

Looking at the man with disgust, he said, "I don't have such a strong taste as you do. Mr. Dermot here is very much straight!"

"Better be." Dermot sneered and got into his car, driving away.

Keith watched as the car disappeared from sight, his carefree expression from earlier disappearing, replaced by a solemn one.

Dermot didn't answer whether he would help the Barns family in the end.
Next, there is a possibility.

If Dermot helps the Barns family, it's not certain that he and Aidan can successfully bring down the Barns family.

In the car, Dermot's face was somber, and his bad mood can be described as poor.

"Mr. Doyle, should we give a heads-up to the Barns family?" The Barns family has always had a good relationship with the Doyle family. They have been close friends for generations and often collaborate. If the Barns family were to collapse, it would have some impact on the Doyle Group.

Dermot looked up and glanced at Todd, who was driving, and asked, "What kind of heads-up?"

"It's about Mr. Kartland..."

"I don't know anything, do you?" Dermot looked at him with a cold gaze.

Todd's back chilled, and he understood the implications of his words, "I don't know anything."
"Hmm." Dermot satisfied with his answer.

The car continued to drive, and Todd's mood fluctuated greatly. Fortunately, he had been by Dermot's side for many years, otherwise, he wouldn't have been able to react.

No wonder they say that being by the ruler's side is like being with a tiger. Todd deeply felt this at the moment.

As for the Barns family...

All he could do was silently pray for them in his heart.

The car soon arrived at Doyle Manor. Dermot got out of the car, but before leaving, he turned back to Todd and said, "the Hamilton Family has been in Moris City for so long, and there hasn't been a single issue in Colombia?"

"Greg is basically in control of the Hamilton Family now. The others in the Hamilton Family dare not make a move, so it's relatively stable," Todd answered.

"Stable? That's not a good thing," Dermot said.

"What do you mean?" Todd wasn't stupid and vaguely sensed something.

"Let them stir things up. How come people from Colombia have been staying in Moris City?" he walked into the mansion and disappeared from Todd's sight.
