Sienna ultimately adopted Aidan's suggestion, but instead of mortgaging those projects to Evelyn, she chose the Graves Group.

Seeing Sienna couldn't figure it out, Aidan kindly explained, "The Doyle Group didn't invest any money. The development funds were all transferred from the Lowe Group."

Dermot and he had discovered the problem with that land long ago, so they created a scheme around it. They spread the word that the land had great development potential, just to make Sienna believe that investing money would surely yield profits.
