Chapter 248 Besides You, Who Else Could It Be
Sophia Fashion Design Company has officially changed its name to Evelyna Fashion Design Company. As for the name Evelyn..."
Evelyn pondered all night before reluctantly coming up with a feasible idea. Now she understood why Natalie named the company Sophia. It seemed that coming up with a name wasn't an easy task after all.
With the name change settled, the company got back on track thanks to Sarah. Now all Evelyn had to do was create a breathtaking design and establish the reputation of the brand.
On the weekend, Evelyn didn't have to go to the hospital, so she spent the whole day at home. she didn't idle around. were piles of design drawings she had stayed up all night to create.
If Sarah were here, she would undoubtedly continue to praise Evelyn for surpassing expectations. However, Evelyn didn't quite feel the same way.
She picked up the drawings on the table, feeling that they weren't what she had envisioned.
What style should Evelyna company embrace?
Just when she couldn't come up with any ideas, the doorbell rang, and Evelyn almost knew it was Dermot.
Opening the door, it was as she had guessed.
"You don't seem surprised?" Dermot walked in carrying breakfast. He clearly saw Evelyn's expression, as if he had anticipated it.
As Evelyn walked back, she said, "In this world, besides you, who else could it be?"
Since Dermot mentioned moving back to the apartment across from her, Evelyn had mentally prepared for his frequent visits.
Sure enough.
"Working on design drawings?" Dermot glanced at the design drawings on her table and asked unconsciously.
Evelyn nodded and picked up her pen, about to continue drawing.
"Have breakfast first." Dermot interrupted her, "I know you're a workaholic, but taking time to eat breakfast won't delay you much."
"Oh." Evelyn didn't refuse. Before Dermot arrived, she didn't feel hungry at all. But when he brought in breakfast, her stomach couldn't help but grumble.
Evelyn used to have breakfast alone, but Dermot walked towards her pile of design drawings instead. "Can I take a look?"
"Sure, go ahead." For her, these drawings weren't top secret. Besides, Dermot had brought her breakfast, so it was only right for Evelyn to agree.
Dermot picked up the design drawings on the table and examined them carefully.
His level of concentration piqued Evelyn's interest. "You understand design as well?"
"I have some knowledge. The Doyle Group owns several clothing design companies." The man answered and put down the drawings, walking over to stand beside Evelyn.
She didn't say anything, and Dermot didn't know what she was thinking. "You drew so many, and each has a different style. Why is that?"
"I haven't decided on a style yet. It is crucial for the brand positioning of Wen Zhi, so I'm torn." She ate her breakfast, explaining her dilemma to Dermot.
"Speak out your troubles."
Upon Dermot pondered before saying, "Since we have decided to pursue a high-end route, then naturally we will be targeting consumers who can afford high-end clothing. This demographic tends to be older, so the design should naturally lean towards maturity."
After he finished speaking, Evelyn interjected, "From a conventional standpoint, your idea is not wrong, but...” She paused before continuing, "There are numerous mature-style design brands in the high-end fashion market. As a newly established brand, how can I compete with them?"
"Furthermore, since I have established my own brand, it means I want to take a path that others haven't walked."
