Evelyn didn't say anything and also turned her gaze towards Aidan.
Aidan looked at Ariana with gentle eyes, as if he were looking at his lover. "I'm fine with anything. It's up to you."
"Ms. Kyte, let's have a meal together." With Aidan's consent, Ariana invited Evelyn.
Evelyn didn't want to agree, mainly because she was afraid it would affect Aidan's plan. But she felt Ariana's occasional provocative glances at Phoebe and smiled. "Sure, but I'll bring someone along."
"No problem." Ariana didn't even ask if the person Evelyn was bringing was Phoebe, as if Phoebe didn't matter to her.
But even if Ariana pretended not to care, her eyes couldn't help but fall on Phoebe. She clearly knew about Phoebe and Aidan's relationship and invited her on purpose to show off in front of her.
Ariana and Aidan walked out of the women's clothing store, and during that time, Aidan didn't look at Phoebe even once, not even a glance. Even though Phoebe knew Aidan was acting, it still hurt her.
It wasn't until the two walked out that Evelyn looked at Phoebe beside her. "Let's go. Someone is treating us to a meal."
"Evelyn, I think I'll pass. I'll take Theodore home first, you guys go ahead." She really didn't want to see Aidan and Ariana being affectionate.
Evelyn disagreed and pulled her along. "Phoebe, if you leave now, it means you're afraid, and then you've lost. Don't worry about Aidan's current attitude, personally, you can't lose to Ariana, understand?"
Phoebe didn't really understand, but seeing Evelyn's serious expression, she eventually nodded.
After that, Evelyn had the nanny and bodyguard take Theodore home first, while she and Phoebe followed Ariana and Aidan.
The four of them chose a restaurant in the mall to eat. During the meal, Aidan took care of Ariana meticulously, being the perfect gentleman.
"Aidan is really good to you," Evelyn said sarcastically.
Ariana wasn't angry and smiled at Aidan. "Aidan is a great person, and I really like him, so I hope there are no misunderstandings between you siblings."
"There's no misunderstanding. I just don't like him going back to the Lowe family. If he goes back to the Lowe family, then he's no longer my brother." Evelyn said slowly, sipping her tea.
"Why?" Ariana didn't understand why Evelyn would say that.
Evelyn glanced at her and sneered, "If he can abandon Theodore today to go back to the Lowe family, he can abandon me for the Lowe family another day. So, why should I still consider him my brother?"
Evelyn originally wanted to mention Phoebe and Theodore, but considering that Ariana might gossip in front of Sienna, she didn't bring up Phoebe. At least she couldn't let Ariana know how far Aidan and Phoebe had gone.
Hearing her mention Theodore, Ariana's face turned pale. "Theodore..."
"Don't worry; after Aidan and I get married, we'll bring Theodore over, and I'll treat him as my own son," Ariana finally said, as if she had made up her mind.
As soon as she said this, before Evelyn could respond, Phoebe couldn't hold back, "Ms. Graves, let's not even talk about whether you and Aidan can get married. Even if you can, you can have your own children. Isn't it too much to take Theodore away?"
