Chapter 430 A Group of Waste
Seeing that father and son were about to fight, Mr. Hamilton shook his head helplessly and sighed, "Enough! Are you all impatient for me to die?"
"Grandpa!" "Dad!" Both of them spoke at the same time, obviously unwilling to back down.
Mr. Hamilton waved his hand, not wanting to hear them continue, "Both of you, just leave. Greg's marriage is something I, as his grandfather, will arrange. You don't need to worry about it."
Upon hearing this, the two of them were not willing to accept it and wanted to speak up, but they were met with a stern look from Mr. Hamilton, "Don't forget whose money you are currently receiving. If you push me too far, I won't give you a single cent."
With these words, both of them fell silent. What a joke, how would they live without money?
Then, both of them left, but they didn't give up on their plans. After they left, Greg sat back down.
"Grandpa, you shouldn't have indulged them. You should have kicked them out of the Hamilton family a long time ago."
To him, they were vampires who solely sucked the blood of the Hamilton family.
"Greg, I know you have grievances against them, but regardless, they are still your parents," Mr. Hamilton sighed, "I hope that when I am gone, you can treat them well too."
"Even if I don't recognize them as parents, I'll still help them a way out." He didn't want his grandson to do something like that, as it would no longer make him a descendant of the Hamilton family.
"Grandpa, you are still young, why are you talking about these things?" Greg said, avoiding the topic of those two individuals as it affected his mood.
Grandpa Doyle didn't continue and instead asked, "Why didn't you bring Evelyn?"
"She said she wanted to stay at a hotel, you know, I can't do anything about her, so I had to send her to a hotel," Greg also felt helpless, he really couldn't do anything about Evelyn.
Grandpa Doyle didn’t say anything about this, as he expected it, “When will she come?”
"Tomorrow, I'll go pick her up," Greg answered. Mr. Hamilton nodded, but Greg was somewhat worried, "Grandpa, are you really planning on telling her everything?"
"Since she has come, if I don't tell her, won't it leave her with a worse impression of our family?" Mr. Hamilton retorted.
While that may be the case, Greg was somewhat unwilling, “You didn’t even tell me.”
"After telling her, I'll tell you," he didn't plan on hiding it from Greg forever, he would find out sooner or later. After telling Evelyn, he would see her reaction, and then he would tell his grandson.
Upon hearing this, Greg smiled, "Okay, I'll go to the kitchen and discuss with the chef what dishes to make tomorrow, so that we won't make something she doesn't like."
"You're already thinking about nice things for her, even before marrying her?" Mr. Hamilton couldn't help but joke, feeling that his grandson might really have taken a liking to the girl. It's good to genuinely like someone, only then can the other person feel like it is sincere.
Greg, however, was taken aback by these words and quickly denied, "No way, I just feel that when someone comes to our house as a guest, we shouldn't neglect them, right? Isn't that what you taught me before?"
Mr. Hamilton didn't argue with him, some things were better understood in one's heart.
In Moris City at the Doyle Group, everyone in the company, knew that today the mood of CEO Dermot was very bad. So, as employees, they had to be cautious to avoid being on the receiving end of it.
Some speculated that it was because of the breakup with Lassie. After all, the news of their breakup had just been announced. If the CEO himself was in a bad mood, what else could it be attributed to?
Todd timidly pushed open the office door and softly said, "Mr. Doyle, there is a problem in the Colombia branch that needs your personal attention."
"A bunch of good-for-nothings! What's the point of making me go for everything? Why do they need to come?" Dermot cursed angrily.
"Well... are you going?" Todd asked weakly.
