"You...you rebellious girl!" Mr. Stanley was so enraged that he trembled, pointing at Lauren's figure but unable to say anything.

Lauren pretended to be surprised, "You can help me? I don't understand."
"There's nothing to not understand. You should know what my purpose was for marrying into the Stanley family. So, if we join forces and kick those father and son out directly, wouldn't it be better?" Natalie said directly.
Lauren looked at this ambitious woman in front of her and understood why Evelyn was worried.
If this woman succeeded, using the power of the Stanley Group to cause trouble for Evelyn, she would probably be overwhelmed.
"Although I really dislike my brother, I have heard that his feelings for you are genuine. He gave you shares of the Stanley Group just like that, and he has always been good to you. Is this how you repay him?" She didn't feel sorry for Natalie, she just genuinely disliked this woman.
Natalie cleared her throat and continued, "People like us, sentimental attachments to children will only hold back our development."
"Don't bother. I am not the same kind of person as you," Lauren thought to herself. She had ambitions too, but she hadn't reached the point of doing anything to achieve her goals like Natalie had.
Natalie's face turned slightly cold, her tone unfriendly, "Whether we are the same kind of person or not doesn't matter. What matters is that our goals are the same. With my help, you can quickly and easily take over the Stanley Group."
"And what about you? What do you want?" Lauren asked, smiling at her.
"Half and half," Natalie made a bold demand. She believed that what she had to offer was worth this price.
But Lauren couldn't help but burst into laughter, barely able to close her mouth. "Half and half? Are you even worthy?"
"You're just a woman brought in by Oliver, don't you only have some shares in hand? What else do you have? I really don't know where you get the courage to ask for half," she genuinely admired Natalie's audacity. Her thick skin was unlike anything she had seen before.

Lauren chuckled lightly, "Well, let's wait and see then."
"Fine, let's wait and see," Natalie understood that they couldn't stand on the same side anymore. In that case, she could only help Oliver and them hold on to the Stanley Group. Until she obtained it herself, she wouldn't let anyone have a single cent.
Lauren got up to leave, but after taking a few steps, she stopped again. "Aren't you curious why I suddenly want to fight for the Stanley Group? It's somewhat related to you."
