Chapter 1350 Extra: Aidan and Phoebe (25)
"Nah, that's BS," Sienna shot back, clearly ticked off by Niall's comment. "You better check if you were actually taken or just straight-up kidnapped. Don't get played."
Evelyn chimed in, "We don't need your two cents; we'll look into it ourselves." No way was she gonna let Edwin get tagged as a human trafficker. Even if Sienna hadn't brought it up, she would've dug deep into it.
Sienna wasn't about to waste more breath on Evelyn and her crew. To her, they were just background noise. She turned to Aidan, her voice softening. "Aidan, I'm not lying. You were kidnapped back then. I've been searching for you all these years."
"So what?" Aidan raised an eyebrow, looking totally unfazed.
"Now that I've found you, I want you to come back with me, back home." Sienna looked at Aidan with hopeful eyes. She was here to bring him back.
Aidan stayed silent, so Sienna kept going, "And your baby can come too. I promise, you'll get better protection there."
Phoebe had been quiet, figuring this was Aidan's business. But when Sienna mentioned taking Theodore, she got riled up. "You can't take Theodore away!"
Sienna gave her a dismissive glance, not even bothering to take her seriously. She'd done her homework on these people. Even though the Irvine family was doing well, she wasn't about to let her son marry Phoebe. If it weren't for Aidan, she wouldn't even acknowledge Theodore.
Feeling ignored, Phoebe looked at Aidan with pleading eyes. "Don't do this to me. Don't take Theodore away."
Aidan turned to her and smiled. "Relax, no one's taking our Theodore."
Phoebe felt a wave of relief. At least Aidan wasn't siding with Sienna. And he said "our Theodore." It was hard not to read into that, but she knew now wasn't the time. Once she was sure Theodore was safe, she went quiet.
Sienna said, "Aidan."
"Leave. I'm not going back with you." Aidan looked at Sienna, his tone leaving no room for argument.
Sienna's face darkened a bit. "Aidan, you probably don't know who your parents are or what family you belong to. If you knew..."
"Even if I knew, I wouldn't go back with you. I don't care who you are," Aidan cut her off, not holding back.
Sienna's face turned even darker. She glanced at Aidan and then at the people around him, finally saying nothing more. She pulled a business card from her bag and handed it to him. "If you change your mind, call me."
The card had her number and her identity. She figured once Aidan knew who she was, he might reconsider.
Aidan took the card but didn't even look at it, just tossed it aside. "You can leave now."
With a cold expression, Sienna turned and left the hotel.
