In the restaurant, Evelyn looked at the woman who was a few years older, and raised her glass, "Sarah, thank you for coming to help me."
"Evelyn, no need to be polite with me. Sarah said that as long as you need it, I can come and help anytime." Sarah smiled, raising her glass and toasting Evelyn.
"I know, but I'm afraid that my decision will bring trouble to you, Sarah. you were hiding back then..."

Evelyn told Sarah about the company's situation and said to her, "I hope you can come and help me manage the company, since you have experience in this area."
"No problem." Sarah nodded. Managing a company is a breeze for her.
"However, the clothing design company is focused on design, and I handle the business side of things..."
Looking at her, with her big blinking eyes, Sarah felt an inexplicable thump in her heart.
Evelyn smiled brightly, "Sarah, clothing design is your expertise."
"But... it's been a long time since I've done any design." Sarah hesitated. The things that happened in the past made her swear to never touch design again. Now...
Evelyn noticed her hesitation and held her hand. "Sarah, we can't always avoid the past. The best way to face it is to defeat it."
Evelyn knew some things about Sarah, but she had never discussed it with anyone, and she didn't want Sarah to keep dwelling on the past.
"Evelyn..."
"It's okay, Sarah. You can help me manage the company first, and I'll take care of the design side. Don't forget, I am your only apprentice!" Evelyn playfully said, not pressuring her to make a decision right now.
Upon Sarah didn't say anything else. "Hmm, in terms of design skills, you are outstanding, surpassing me. You are more creative than I am."
"Sarah, stop flattering me. It makes me feel embarrassed."
Evelyn pretended to be shy, and Sarah gave her a playful look. "Cut it out, I won't fall for your tricks."
They laughed and chatted, while outside the restaurant, Keith kept rambling on, and Dermot felt his ears getting irritated.
"Hey, Dermot, did you hear what I said? The plan must go according to my instructions, or I won't give up on Evelyn. When the time comes..." he said, following Dermot's gaze, and his eyes landed on Evelyn and Sarah sitting in the restaurant.
he understood what Dermot had been looking at.
A smile tugged at the corners of his mouth, and he nudged Dermot with his elbow.
"Isn't that Evelyn? Why didn't she invite you to eat with her?" when those words were spoken, Dermot shot Keith a disdainful look. However, Keith smiled happily and made a gesture towards the restaurant, saying, "Since we've all run into each other, there's no reason not to join them for a meal."
"You come back here!" Dermot called after him, not yet having figured out how to make amends with Evelyn. He felt too embarrassed to appear.
But Keith didn't listen to him. In the blink of an eye, he had walked into the restaurant. Dermot had no choice but to follow.
Evelyn and Sarah were chatting happily when Keith appeared, causing both of them to pause in surprise.
"Evelyn, is this your friend? Can you introduce us?" Standing in front of the table, Keith got a good look at Sarah's appearance. Somehow, it felt like something had struck his heart, making it impossible for him to move forward.
