Chapter 1251 Is Olivia Your Mother's Daughter?

"It'll mess up their treatment and might leave 'em with issues, like struggling to walk," the assistant mumbled.

Declan was so mad he could've strangled Olivia right then and there.

These were his trusted guys.

Seeing Declan's rage, Olivia quickly blurted out, "I have a good friend who's Lucas's fiancée."

"Olivia, I didn't know your friends were so high up. Why don't you give her a ring?" Isabella nudged her.

Olivia nodded and quickly dialed Sarah.

"Olivia, what's going on?" Sarah had been having a rough time lately, with a bunch of her gigs and ads getting canned.

"Sarah, some of my people got hurt by Joseph, and Lucas has banned them from all hospitals in Whisperlyn City. Can you help?" Olivia said with a grin, "Of course, I'll owe you one. I can hook you up with any movie in the future."

Sarah was tempted but could only sigh and say, "You're giving me too much credit. Lucas and Joseph are tight; he won't listen to me."

Plus, Lucas had already said he wanted to call off their engagement, and she was freaking out.

"You can ask Yancy and Erin for help. Sarah, haven't you always wondered who's backing me?" Olivia whispered, "It's the Wittelsbach family, they control global shipping and own the world's biggest bank. My real mom owns Emerald Haven Island, where a ton of the world's gems come from. Do you really wanna miss this chance to meet them?"

Sarah's heart was racing. "Isn't your mom from Silverwood?"

"They're not my real parents. Keep this on the down-low," Olivia warned, "Whether you can grab this chance is up to you. Only by knowing powerful people can you really stand firm in the Nelson family."

"I get it." Sarah nodded. "Leave it to me."

Sarah quickly called Yancy.

When Yancy heard that Sarah knew such a big shot, he got all excited. He immediately called the hospital and got Declan's bodyguards admitted.

When the Wittelsbach family heard about this, Isabella couldn't stop praising Olivia, "You're amazing."

"Mom, please don't say that. This all started because of me. But Yancy said he wants to invite you and Declan to dinner," Olivia urged, "As you can see, Lucas and Joseph are tight. If we can win over Lucas's dad, the Nelson family won't be able to back Joseph anymore."

"Sure, it's just dinner," Isabella agreed without hesitation.

Declan and Everett had been sitting quietly on the side.

Everett felt uneasy seeing Isabella praise Olivia so much.

It was Olivia's reckless behavior that got the Wittelsbach family's people hurt, yet Isabella was still praising her. What was up with that?

Everett got up to leave.

Isabella called him back and warned, "If I see you with Cassie again, don't bother calling me 'Mom' anymore."

"I do call you 'Mom', but do you remember I'm your son? I thought you only had one daughter," Everett shot back and walked out.

Isabella glared at Declan in anger. "Look at the son you raised."

Declan's head was pounding. He couldn't wrap his mind around how Isabella, once so wise and chill, had turned into this.

"Yeah, I guess I don't know how to raise him," Declan muttered, getting up to leave.

Seeing the two of them so indifferent, Isabella was fuming, ready to smash everything in sight.

It was all Cassie's fault; she had driven them further and further away from her.

After leaving the Wittelsbach family, Everett checked his phone and saw a missed call from Cassie.

She had called him after leaving the café, but he hadn't dared to answer with Isabella around.

Thinking of Cassie's swollen face, Everett guiltily called her back.

When the call connected, Cassie's mocking voice came through. "Mr. Wittelsbach, is there anything left for you to squeeze out of me?"

"I'm sorry," Everett said, feeling super uncomfortable. "I said that to my mom this morning because I was scared she'd flip out. When I first met you, I didn't know you were Cassie. You tricked me too."

"But you found out later, didn't you? You came to Whisperlyn City on purpose to find me. All those 'accidental' meetings were set up by you," Cassie snapped, "The Wittelsbach family is so loaded. Did you and your dad really need to stoop so low to deceive me? I don't get what I did to piss off your family."

"You didn't piss off the Wittelsbach family, but you did piss off Olivia and my mom," Everett said.

He added silently in his head, 'And you also hurt my grandma.'

But after getting to know Cassie for a while, he still felt deep down that she couldn't be that bad.

"Don't say I pissed off Olivia. She's always been the one messing with me. She got a good friend of mine killed. We've got serious beef" Cassie said, "But your mom? I haven't seen her in almost twenty years. It's already good that I don't blame her."

"Olivia is my mom's daughter. If you mess with Olivia, you mess with my mom," Everett said.

"What?" Cassie was completely stunned, thinking she was hearing things. "Is Olivia your mom's daughter?"

"Of course," Everett said, knowing what she was about to say. "Don't tell me Olivia isn't but you are. I won't buy it."

Cassie was silent.

If Everett were in front of her now, she would've grabbed his head and slammed it against the wall.

"She isn't your mom's daughter, okay? Olivia is the biological daughter of Robert and Helen," Cassie shouted excitedly, "You guys are all fools, completely played by her."

"You're the fool," Everett said, getting a little heated. "Cassie, don't think everyone is as easy to fool as Aiden."

Cassie took a deep breath, afraid she might have a stroke from anger. "Listen, I don't know what Olivia has told you, but I am indeed Isabella's biological daughter. I'm your real sister. If you don't believe me, we can do a DNA test. Just look at our faces; I clearly look more like Isabella."

"Sometimes nieces look like their aunts too," Everett said, "I won't do a DNA test with you. Lucas and Joseph are tight. It would be easy for Lucas to mess with the test results."
