Over ten minutes later, the group intermittently heard a woman's screams.

"That's Megan's voice." Michael's face changed drastically, and he hurriedly ran towards the source of the sound.

Joseph also followed quickly and soon appeared behind a dense thicket.

"It's okay. We're here, and you're safe," Joseph comforted Megan softly. "Can I take you back?"

"I don't want to go back. I can't bear it anymore. nbsp;I wanna die," Megan said, then turned and forcefully hit the wall.

"Megan!" Joseph hurried over to pick her up nbsp;and called out.
nbsp;
Megan was covered in blood, and she weakly raised her head, tears in her eyes as she touched Joseph's face, sobbing miserably, "Joseph, don't save me.. Please. nbsp;I've been living a life worse than death. I wanted to die at that time! nbsp;I don't want to live anymore! nbsp;I don't want to see myself being violated by others! nbsp;I don't want to see you and Cassie so happy together. I'm in so much pain. It's better this way. I can finally be free."
