Chapter 836

"Well. Athena is just a woman after all," someone else said.

Wyatt stepped in the room.

As soon as Athena saw him, she quickly closed the door, took off her jacket, and hugged Wyatt tightly from behind. "Mr. Powell, I want to die! I never have dignity in my life."

Wyatt turned around and saw Athena's exposed appearance. A hint of coldness flashed in his deep black eyes.

"Don't talk nonsense," Wyatt said coldly. "I reminded you before that Megan is just your protection target. You have no business meddling in Megan and Cassie's grievances. All you need to do is complete the tasks assigned to you by Mr. Hernandez."

"But I'm really innocent," Athena sobbed. "I was just searching her as instructed by Mr. Hernandez, but Cassie secretly held a grudge against me. Why does she take it out on me for her feud with Miss Ray? Mr. Hernandez, when he's on good terms with Miss Ray, is willing to do anything for her. When he's on good terms with Cassie, all the orders he gives us become our mistakes. It's really tough being Mr. Hernandez's subordinate."

"Athena, shut up," Wyatt warned in a low voice.

"I was just momentarily upset, and I couldn't control myself. Mr. Powell, you have no idea how it feels to be stripped in front of so many men," Athena cried in pain. "I can't forget their gazes, always... always staring at me disgustingly. I feel like I'm not a good girl now. I'd rather die."

After saying that, Athena turned and rushed towards the door.

"Athena, that's not true! You've always been a good girl!" Wyatt immediately grabbed Athena, pulled her back into his arms, and held her tightly.

"Mr. Powell, don't hold me. What should I do in the future? You're way out of my league," Athena cried in Wyatt's arms.

"Don't talk nonsense! You're the girl I've watched grow up since childhood." Wyatt breathed and gently stroked Athena's hair.

"Mr. Powell, hug me! I feel bad," Athena sobbed and suddenly lowered her head and began to pull at Wyatt's clothes messily.

Soon after, Athena's kisses followed.

Wyatt, a middle-aged man, couldn't resist Athena's young and passionate body for long.

Afterward, Athena leaned against Wyatt's chest, murmuring with her eyes closed, "Mr. Powell, sometimes I feel so tired. I always have to follow Mr. Hernandez, living... living like a dog."

"Don't say that. Mr. Hernandez has been very kind to us. If it weren't for the Hernandez family's support, we wouldn't be where we are today," he then rebutted.

Wyatt tightened his grip on her shoulders and added, "Don't go to Megan for now."
Athena panicked and explained, "But Miss Ray really needs..."

"Athena, remember, Megan is just the one you need to protect," Wyatt reminded. "If you continue like this. You'll easily be expelled from Dragon. You know how painful it is to leave Dragon."

Athena was very anxious. Leaving Dragon would mean being tortured to the point of becoming disabled, and all her money would be confiscated. For people like Dragon and his crew, who have spent their entire lives mastering the art of fighting, losing that skill would be tantamount to becoming useless.

Athena felt a surge of hatred rising from the depths of her eyes.

This grudge Athena must avenge.

In the evening, not long after Athena had left, Wyatt received another call from Joseph.

Joseph went straight to the point and announced, "I'll give you two options: either transfer Athena out of Madison, or expel Athena from Dragon."

Wyatt was shocked and then pleaded, "Mr. Hernandez, Athena just made a small mistake. I've already criticized her. Isn't this a bit too harsh?"
