Chapter 734

After dropping Oliver off at the mansion, Cassie's tense emotions have been relieved recently. The two children could reveal their true identities at any time.
At night, Cassie left the mansion only after Oliver fell asleep.
Once in the car, she dialed Spencer's number, "How's Rex doing over there?"
"That guy gambles, drinks, hangs out at bars every day, and has brought women from outside to stay overnight for two consecutive nights," Spencer sighed, "Megan goes over three times a week, staying for seven to eight hours each time. I really suspect Joseph isn't sick now, but he might get sick sooner or later."
"Shut up," Cassie rubbed her temples. Every time she talked to him, he would bring up these things, making her uneasy. "How are the arrangements with the people we contacted about him?"
"It's all set, but I reckon Rex has almost spent all his money. He'll probably ask Megan for money again soon. I don't think Megan can hold out much longer."
"If I were Megan, I would definitely defuse Rex, the time bomb, before she gets married," Cassie said casually, raising an eyebrow.
"What do you mean?"
"We need to keep him alive until the wedding day so I can give them a big surprise."
"Alright," Spencer clicked his tongue. That's why men should never mess with certain women; some women were truly untouchable.
The next day.
At the Hernandez Ranch, after finishing breakfast, Liam was getting ready for work when Sophia quickly hugged him, "I want to go to the office with you. I miss Mabel."
Liam lifted her helplessly, "Don't think I don't know, you actually want to see Joseph."
"I thought all night yesterday, thinking about how to avenge my mother, how to deal with the wicked stepmother." Sophia pleaded, looking at him, "I must go. And you can't pick me up in the afternoon; I have to stay overnight at the wicked stepmother's place. You have to cooperate with me. I've already planned everything out; I'll tell you later."
Seeing her determined to seek revenge, Liam was speechless. Unable to refuse her, she took her to the office.
Although she had only been at Hernandez's group for a short time yesterday, everyone in the company knew that the Hernandez family had gained a little princess, loved by Joseph despite being Liam's daughter and Desmond's granddaughter.
Once Sophia arrived at the office, she went straight to Joseph's office without any hindrance.
"Don't think I'm annoying," Sophia pitifully said as soon as she entered. Liam finds me annoying. He says it's all because of me, making him unable to go out at night and having to return to the mansion on time every day. Am I a burden?"
"Of course you're not."
Initially feeling disturbed by the interruption, Joseph couldn't help but feel sorry after hearing Sophia's words, and he was also annoyed that Liam would say such harsh things to a child.
"I'll call Liam and give him a piece of my mind," Joseph said, picking up his phone.
Sophia quickly grabbed his big hand. "No, I don't want you to argue with him because of me. I know Liam loves me too; he just doesn't want to accompany me like my mom did. I'll be good; you focus on your work. I'll sit here and draw."
She took out her sketchpad and sat on the couch obediently, drawing.
Joseph felt very pleased watching her, so he asked his secretary to bring more snacks.
They spent the day together, and by evening, Joseph received a call from Liam. "I've made plans to go to the bar with friends tonight. Can you take care of Sophia for the night?"
