Chapter 791

Laura glanced meaningfully at Joseph. "Cassie, I don't want to end up with the same tragic fate as you. If Michael asks me to leave, I didn't. I could end up being locked up in a mental institution by Michael, which would be too painful."
Joseph really wanted to throw Laura into the Jude family.
Just when there was a little progress, Laura ruined it.
"That's right, so you have to be careful when choosing a man," Cassie said in a meaningful tone, "Especially those men who lose their intelligence as soon as they encounter hypocritical women pretending to be kind, you have to keep them away."
After coming out of the Jude family, Joseph was mercilessly mocked by Cassie and Laura.
Joseph considered himself a smart and wise strong man, guiding the Hernandez family to their current position amidst a pack of tough rivals. But to Cassie and Laura, he looked like a fool.
This made Joseph very angry.
"Mr. Hernandez..." At this moment, Nathaniel stopped as he pulled up in a car in front of them. "You called me here for..."
"Take Laura back." Joseph ordered and immediately pulled Cassie towards his car. He couldn't put up with Laura anymore.
"Joseph, let go. Laura and I live together. We can go back together," Cassie shouted and tried to pull her hand back forcefully, but Joseph pressed her body into the seat.
"Regardless of what you say, I saved you today, so you owe me a meal. I'm hungry," Joseph said confidently with raised eyebrows.
Seeing Joseph's tough demeanor, Cassie knew she couldn't refuse today, so she reluctantly fastened her seatbelt and uttered, "What do you want to eat?"
"Can I eat anything I want?" Joseph was excited at the thought. Without waiting for Cassie's answer, he immediately stepped on the gas pedal.
On the way, Joseph made a phone call. "Get thirty pounds of ribs and meat to Crystal Manor."
Sure enough...
Cassie sighed. She knew she hadn't guessed wrong. Joseph was still the same as before. Even his appetite had stayed the same.
Before long, the car drove into Crystal Manor.
Joseph lived in a villa with only six floors, and he lived on the top floor.
Joseph and Cassie got out of the elevator, and Cassie saw four large bags of ribs and meat at the door, which annoyed her somewhat.
After entering the password in front of Cassie, Joseph turned to her and said, "Have you remember the passwords? You can come here anytime in the future."
Cassie sneered, "Why would I come here to cook for you? I'm not your maid, and you haven't paid me."
"That's not what I meant..." Joseph said awkwardly.
"Then what do you mean, I come here to take a bath and sleep with you?" Cassie said bluntly, "To you, am I just for these two purposes?"
"I didn't understand before, but I won't make the same mistake again," Joseph said, his gaze piercing as he looked at Cassie.
With his deep gaze and handsome face, Cassie could picture it even with her eyes closed. But facing Joseph's low, husky voice, her heart still fluttered.
Joseph opened the door, and Cassie walked in.
It was clear that Joseph had just moved in recently. The whole house looked deserted, as if it had yet to be lived in much, and there were no signs of use in the kitchen.
"Is this your secret love nest, where you're hiding your mistress from Megan and secretly renovating?" Cassie couldn't help but mock.
"This apartment was given to me by a property developer before, and I just moved here a few days ago. I won't go back to Seaside Haven anymore," Joseph patiently explained to Cassie. "I want to eat the barbecue and fried ribs you made for Sophia last time."
Saying that, Joseph brought in all the meat and ribs from the four bags.
Cassie was surprised. "You're not going to make me cook all of this tonight?"
If so, Cassie would definitely leave immediately.
After staring down for a few seconds, Joseph took out four ribs and two pieces of meat. "Just cook these."
