Chapter 845
In no time, they were overwhelmed by four men on the bed.
"Boss, this is Laura," one of the men said and pulled out a photo and pointed to Laura.
"Okay. Take her away," the man answered with the thick gold chain, waved his hand, and stared at Cassie. "You guys go first; I'll stay here to have some fun."
"I want to have fun too." A companion next to him licked his lips and stared at Laura. "Anyway, no one said we couldn't touch her."
"Fine," he then answered.
"Bastard," Cassie yelled.
Watching those men pounce and tug at their clothes, Cassie and Laura were furious.
Just then, someone kicked the door open violently.
Joseph burst in, and when he saw Cassie's clothes half torn off, his eyes instantly turned cold and red, then hollered, "How dare you touch her."
"Who... who are you?" one guy asked in fear. The four thugs were all intimidated by the aura emanating from Joseph.
"The one who will end you tonight!" Joseph scoffed, then swiftly knocked down the four thugs in a few moves, even breaking their legs directly.
After beating them, Joseph quickly took off his clothes to wrap around Cassie. When he saw the scars on Cassie's milky white skin, Joseph turned back in anger and broke the hands of those men once again.
"Let us go! Please! We were hired by someone," the man with the gold chain pleaded. "The other party is very powerful. I advise you not to offend them."
Joseph asked coldly, "Who?"
"Ken from the SE Group," he then answered.
"So it's that bastard," Laura cursed angrily.
"Yes. Ken found out that you were going to cooperate with the Ocean Blue group, said you had deceived him before, and wanted to teach you a lesson," the man explained with the gold chain and looked at Joseph. You see, Ken is not an ordinary person. Can we let it go? I have been mingling in the underworld for years. Maybe we can be friends in the future."
"Friends?" Joseph chuckled softly, his smile filled with endless coldness. "Do you know who I am?"
"Who?" he then asked.
"Joseph," Joseph answered coldly.
Joseph narrowed his eyes and beat them up once again. The narrow room echoed with screams. The way these people looked at Joseph was like they were facing a devil. None of them had expected to provoke the god on top of the Madison Pyramid accidentally.
After teaching them a lesson, Joseph picked up Cassie and walked out directly.
"Wait, Laura..." Cassie grabbed Joseph's collar with a gasp of air, her voice weak. "You can't leave Laura alone here."
Laura raised her head pitifully and smiled bitterly. "Don’t worry. I'll call 911 later to take me to the hospital."
Joseph frowned coldly, saying, "Did you hear that? Laura doesn't need me to accompany her."
"No!" Cassie urged anxiously. "Laura is my good friend. If anything happens to Laura again, I will never forgive you for the rest of my life."
Joseph, feeling helpless, said, "Cassie, you need to understand. I just saved you."
"You helped me, so please help Laura too," Cassie pleaded and gently shook Joseph's shirt collar. Cassie was already weak, her voice sounding cute and pleading.
Joseph's blood surged up all at once, completely unable to resist Cassie's request.
After a moment, Joseph carried Cassie on his right shoulder and lifted Laura with disdain on his face with his other hand.
Yes, he lifted her, just like lifting a plastic bag.
Laura was speechless, saying, "I really need to find a boyfriend quickly. It's too enviable."
